When will CAF get rid of this funny CCL and CCCformat abeg? All these extra rounds should be for non champions from low teams now. Why should a league champ go through an extra round after sweating all season to seal the spot? They should find a way to eliminate this round thing abeg and perhaps use league coefficients properly going forward.

16teams again?? Yeah, i understand all that tiny excuses but the repeat shows they're not doing what they ought to to make it 32. Generally, the continent still feels left out, asides these North Africans that are fully inclusive most of the time.

16teams is undeserving of CAF Champions League at this level. Naaah. If they can't do 32, 24 is there. We need more teams abeg. Swap out these prelim for actually extra games in tournament proper

Did you see her as a bad player??

The Coach didn’t play her doesn’t mean she wouldn’t get game time at the WAFCON. Let’s be patient WAFCON no far again..
At least for friendly she supposed see 5mins na. Especially if he doesn't intend to really use her in wafcon. Abi he trust her so much that her first rodeo is a wafcon game? Anyways we wait.

So North African clubs had no avenue for shenanigans at this CWC and see how it all played out. If CAF likes it shouldn't curb their nonsense on the home front so that football can be football and not a crime scene
If NPFL clubs like make they no sit up too alrounda. The money Sundowns got is one of the smallest but it can sponsor the entire NPFL season 10times over. Almost 200 times the prize money for champions. I hope they do what it takes to reach there and kick out enikeni that stands in the way.

I believe why many do not get their flowers enough (or no flowers atall) is because of the poor media hype around the team in entirety. Then add the journalists that have their faves or major focus too.

Imagine many just finding out about Echegini in the Cameroon and Portugal games, they finally called her Female Iwobi. Some dunno she even plays for PSG and Juve prior. Lol.

Ohale is one solid player that never gets her own deserved hype as well. Even if she seems reserved, the pen should do her justice alrounda.

No journo go see to hype Ayinde now, that it took Randy to do the needful away from the job o(Madugu don ever talk about the brilliance of an individual atall?) lol

We need the pen and camera to do justice to these guys abeg.

Not Stella Abeg… If nah right winger now e for make sense. Okafor is Left footed but uses both feet’s effectively..

And we really needed a runner in that Attack, Cause upfront we were lacking that fast and furious kind of wide forward we used to have in the days of Stella Mbachu, Rita Nwadike, Vera Okolo, Chichi Igbo etc that would run at you with the ball and cause havoc…
Cos of her speed precisely. I hope her teammates are in tune to that and i hope the manager is planning along side such an advantage too? No he where she go dey make runs and teammates go dey avoid or misplace pass o.

She runs track, plays Basketball and Football

100M, 200M and 4X100M as well us Long jump and triple Jump.., her team broke the 13years school record of 4X100 relay…

Since his top-flight debut in 2021, Norgaard has made 201 interceptions – the most of any Premier League player during this period – while he also ranks second overall for recoveries (844) and third for tackles won (189). - BBC Sport

It seems they are ok with maintaining the status-quo rather than improving the side...
Na 31 he go kon maintain leading ni? Chai. Nawa o.

It would be hell to be linked to two 9s and get none and give excuses as to why all collapsed.

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING from [b]@David_Ornstein
:

Arsenal are exploring a deal to sign Christian Norgaard from Brentford. 🇩🇰

Arsenal’s proposal is €11m and awaiting Brentford’s reply.

Denmark international contracted until June 2027 but keen on joining!

Why did we even let Jorginho leave in the first place for another 32 in a couple of months time...
I don't even want to talk about this gaard guy. It reveals insanity on the director due to old beef. I won't blame Jorg. Flamengo offer am slot for CWC plus he knew his time was up. Smart guy. He knows he won't see minutes not cos he's not reliable but cos MA go do his usual madness.

No offense but these guys are dumber than a jellyfish. This Is the peak of their intelligence. This is the bes they can come up with because all they see is a cake, a knife, a gathering of partygoers and a DJ to turn up the party and the tray to share the cake with. That's all they see.

So far so good, they're not even thinking about the pros and cons, or even anything people related. Its just about them and they're using some clamoring to justify their myopic projects.

Who are these guys and what's even uniquely special about them asides this drab show of jellyfish intelligence b2b?

The team has to cut down on unnecessary giveaways in the midfield, or else it could come back to bite us in Morocco..

Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the midfield’s 2nd half performance, as they’ve mostly stifled their Portuguese counterparts
It will be a tragedy if the Midfield performance at this upcoming Wafcon is below or equal with the 2022 wafcon own that messed up and changes had to be made.

Off topic Favour Ofili has switched to represent Turkey. Can't honestly fault her after the repeated sabotage/mishandling of her situation by the AFN and NOC.

It's a real pity that a great talent that many patriotic people worked hard to unearth and groom has been lost due to the callousness, incompetence, and shortsightedness of a few individuals.
She was waiting to see if those dumbos will be replaced. Alas, they were reappointed, meaning that was the trigger. They're reappointed to continue the status quo.

If anything at all, i hope the leadership of the npfl clubs are watching and learning? I hope they're on the "enough is enough" tracks and eager to restore factory settings? I hope they're seeing how they need to upgrade tactically, Publicity, fans engagement, and ambition wise?

No be to dey shout "toughest league in Africa" and unable to smell $2m due to lack of ambition, archaic mentality to preparation and identity.

The league officials and hierachy need to also step up in officiating and eliminating all those rubbish antics where team buses are bombarded and all. The hammer should be heavier and all that buying league spot after relegation should stop. Set up this league make they ball, chop, get glory and chop as they like

You can chop, steal and win at the same time if that's the inspiration for status quo. Sha take it up a notch or two abeg.

If the Women's version starts, i hope one NWFL club gets to rep and showcase the identity of the league well while racking in cash to set them up for a bolstering year of football and comfort.

The other gks have never featured in goal in any serious friendly. Oluehi hasn't. Maybe Rachel. Ozioma of u17 is good gk. Perhaps that rule doesn't apply this time.
I don't understand the Rofiat exclusion. Herself and Usani should make the team but what do i know? The middle is the most balanced or satisfactory alrounda.

So from the back, this will be the last wafcon for 2 i want to believe. From the middle, maybe 1

From the Frontline, perhaps 2.
