Seriously, i don't understand anymore, the way im seeing things right now is that if u have no full funding without deficit, that automatically means "no visa".having Partial scholarship and full funding with deficits equally means no visa.l?

I seriously need advise and correction from the gurus in the house, I’ve reapplied, scheduled for next month.....although my dad doesn’t have that much in his account, but my uncle does(maternal uncle) .what should be the appropriate response in my next interview if asked why were you denied previously?, and what has changed in your application. Next thing he was blank...afterwards what we heard was that because dey have professional lecturers...The VO had to stop him and explained to him that every university lecturer is a professional.
