Virginity is just a term for people who've never had sex, nothing more, no rewards apart from ones own esteem and those who agree with keeping it, the underlying question I want people who insist on marriage-only sex is...How does sex between married couples entail a successful union?
Because that's all it boils down to at the end of the day, having partners that we want long-term relationships with...and sex before marriage actually cements a level of trust for most people and relieve problems of compatibility, something that becomes a cinder-block in marriage. |

Wife at 15? And expected to be sexually active? Even in this modern age some girls at her age aren't fully developed for sex, saddened that illiteracy led to her being castrated, an act which reduces sexual pleasure for both genders, and worse still makes the vaginal labia either desensitized, inflamed or in her case damage her urethra..
We all need to do more to protect the girl child, from early marriages to prostitution,we all need to put our foot down. |

Now, the question is, if there's no hell, then what will be the punishment for the unrepented evil doers? Question, so couples blindly pick each other and never attempt to discern each others loyalty? Because that's religious,or rather blind faith in a nutshell. |

Everyone's throwing numbers, don't know who to believe? That's simple.
To know the religion that would be dominant you just need to look into a few things.
1. Religion which requires you marry and have children as early and as much as possible, including wives.
2. The one ruthless to any form of conversion and strict to it's dogma alone.
3. The one that encourages the killing or chastising of unbelievers.

enshy: Prof Atheist, Please help us understand the following: 1. Give us the creation concept: how did life and this earth begin? Who knows for sure? The only way we find out accurate things though is science,so I'll wait till they do, it's more worthwhile than religious concepts which are so fantasy based they crumble even from elementary scrutiny. 2. Give us the death concept: what happens to humans after death? After death organic matter decays, or is fossilized and/or embalmed, if you're hinging toward believing in fantasy afterlifes, go right on ahead, it soothes us humans that life isn't vanity that we'll get rewarded after living. I wonder where pre-colonialized Africans thought they'll go to after death, ancestors probably.. Personal 3. Give us the concept of laws of nature To the best of my understanding of what you're trying to say, laws of nature or naturalistic laws are mostly cause and effect. The laws that we've observed in nature are but occurrences that hold true under specific circumstances, outside those circumstances they may not hold true or may even be broken or bent. An example is though light speed is unattainable with any body with mass, space can be warped to the extent of carrying masses to and fro above such speeds...though the only capable forces of that magnitude are black holes. 4. Give us the Birth concept: tell us the process of birth 5. Does atheism teach morals? What are they? You've been told countless times atheism is a rejection of theism,of belief itself...hence atheism teaches no morals, though it often encourages critical thinking. 6. Give us a brief account of the history of atheism Atheism has no history or better still atheism has been existing in accordance with every religious belief. You yourself are atheist to all religions aside yours, I'm just atheist to all of them. 7. Give us the Man concept : tell us how man interracts with nature This is trolling for sure as everything you list is a "concept", probably looking to drag this topic into 20 pages with useless dribble. Man interacts with nature same way every living thing does, stimuli.. 8. Give us the Force concept : how do you interract with force A force is an effect, you are effected by forces, and those effects are measurable.. 9. Tell us brief history of the lives of the founding fathers of atheism Stupid question..as Stupid as asking for the founding fathers of theism.. 10. What impact has atheism made in the world? Freedom of speech to mention one, most theistic religions when they become state religions eliminate free speech cause of blasphemy laws, taboos, etc You may answer at least one. Pick the number and answer. YOU AREN'T AN AUTHORITY ON WHAT I'LL ANSWER, LIKE I SAID, YOU ARE A TROLL, THE LATEST IN A LONG LINE OF IDIOTS THAT MADE ME TIRED OF THE RELIGIOUS SECTION |

Ioannes: Actually one of the theories of the formation of the earth and its moon, (and there are quite a lot) states that the earth was formed as a result of the destruction of a larger planetary body which explains the existence of the asteroid belt, an orbit initially occupied by the planetary body.
The irons found in our blood has been dated to be quite older than the earth. Now don't ask me how they know this. You may be misinformed, the earth-moon system was indeed formed by a Mars like protoplanet colliding with the early earth. The asteroid field however is the remains of unused debris in the formation of the solar system from the sun. While the iron in our blood can't be dated in of itself because it's not in anyway no more than the age of the living being it occupies..the type of iron however can be dated and it's as old as the earth/solar system, 4.5 billion years. |
Science/Technology › Re: A Genetic History Of Homo Sapiens. by davien(m): 11:05am On Feb 21, 2017 |
Ioannes: My theory states that human beings are of an alien origin. That is, our earliest ancestors lived on another planet, probably in another solar system. A cataclysmic occurrence forced them to seek refuge among the stars. One of the stars chosen was our sun and eventually earth was settled upon as the most habitable planet in this particular solar system.
Now, well notice that human beings srrm to struggle with the environment even as the the entire earth system reduces our life span by each generation.
We struggle with diseases even when it's so obvious that our bodies are packed full of antigens, but apparently not enough to battle the more vicious ones on this planet. Even the sun does not seem to agree with us and the gravity weighs us down, even though we don't notice it cos we are used to it now.
Microscopic components which make up our bodies show that our flesh and blood are made up of the same particles as found in distant stars. We were created, but not on this planet. So those looking for the garden of Eden will have to travel thousands and millions of light years into the space to locate it.
Well I'd better stop rambling now. Your theory is faulty due to the fact that we share a set of "universal genes" that date back to the early formations of the earth itself. |

Chuk77: lol the CPU doesn't do much really when it comes to gaming. That's why I opted for a core i5. The i5-6600k is the most powerful core i5 in the market though. Actually this core i5 is faster than a few core i7s out there. Its not about the number really. Watch how my processor almost came in at a tie with a core i7 here; http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i7-4770K-vs-Intel-Core-i5-6600K . And I can overclock it if I wanted to. I could as well have used a core i3 and I would have still been able to run gta5 on ultra settings without any lag. And with a pc like mine, I can always upgrade any part in the future because my motherboard also supports a core i7 so if I ever have a need for a faster processor I could just put one in (and maybe check the power ratings to know if I'd have to upgrade that too) but right now it has no significant relevance to what I need from my pc. Science/Technology › Re: Facts To Prove That Science Supports Bible Facts Than Those Of Evolution. by davien(m): 5:35pm On Aug 02, 2016 |
adegeye38: The theory of evolution says we evolved from non-human apes such as the Australopithecines. One of the major evidences used to prop up this idea is our chromosome number 2
The Argument
Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes while chimpanzees (supposed to be our closest relative) have 24. If humans and chimps evolved from a common ape ancestor that had 24 pairs, we should find that one of our pairs has fused together to form one. And that is what we have. Often this is seen to be the smoking gun proving we evolved, but just like many others, this evidence has FATAL FLAWS in reasoning.
The chromosome 2 argument for evolution goes both ways. If we had 24 chromosomes, it would be claimed as evidence for evolution from apes. If we had 23 with a fused pair (which we do), it is claimed as evidence that we evolved from apes. A case of heads I win, tails you lose.
But why should this prove evolution anyway? Many creationists also accept that chromosome 2 fused. We believe that two of our chromosomes fused into one during the population bottleneck near the time of the Great Flood or perhaps even during the time just after the Fall.
Alternatively, the chromosome could have been designed just the way it is.
Conclusion If our fused chromosome were to be the ‘nail in the coffin’ proving evolution from apes, then we should expect that no other theory can adequately explain this feature. Of course, the creationary fusion theory explains it in much the same way as the evolutionary one (without the millions of years or the idea that it fused from non-human ape chromosomes). SIMPLE!. @bolded read before mindlessly lifting something off the net. |
Gaming › Re: Iron Man Vs Batman: Who Would Win? by davien(m): 4:20pm On Aug 02, 2016 |
Hmmmmm... DC has a no-kill fancy and Iron Man can slaughter mercenaries like knife through butter. My guess is that ; Both are excellent strategists.. Both are wealthy.. Both can innovate and think out of the box. Batman is a by the books hero, but occasionally finds a way that can favour him. Iron Man isn't by the books and very often finds situations that favour him. Result? On a level pain field I'd guess Iron Man, because he can go out of the box even if it means killing himself to do it. How? Batman has a finite amount of weapons and gadgets but makes optimal use of them, Iron Man is the opposite, he wastes a lot of weapons but has a larger arsenal to account for his waste. Batman would most likely sabotage his suit and iron man would most likely use his sabotage against him. Like let's say bat sets off an emp and iron man suits bats in his suit prone to emp attacks and batman is either killed by a barrage of uni beams or Tony reverses the flow in his arc reactor causing both to die, but by choice. |

adegeye38: No, they have not, because proof (even is there is ) is highly unobtainable, and thats y it will always remain a theory,so its very logical to doubt, and if you choose to have "faith" in Darwin's theory, that means you are indeed a man of faith and "religion". you should put your faith in the right places, in "Christ" and not in a man's theory and mind you Christianity is not a religion, its a way of life, its freedom in "Christ", the benefits are immerse and its FREE...... goodguygonebad: I wish, and really so wish there's a thread for intelligent, scholarly and empirical discussion on this matter. I am a theist, and I don't shy away from intellectual discussion with atheist or agnostics whatsoever.
Meanwhile, I will drop one of my favourite quotes that addresses the thoughts of atheists on the issue of good and evil. Listen to Ravi Zacharias
"A common objection to the existence of God goes something like this: "There cannot be a God, because there is too much evil in this world." Here's the problem with that objection. When you say there's too much evil in this world you assume there's good. When you assume there's good, you assume there's such a thing as a moral law on the basis of which to differentiate between good and evil. But if you assume a moral law, you must posit a moral Law Giver, but that's Who you're trying to disprove and not prove. Because if there's no moral Law Giver, there's no moral law. If there's no moral law, there's no good. If there's no good, there's no evil."
Peace out for now I hate to bust your bubble but that quote is an Internet joke to atheists today, too many empty presuppositions and misconceptions.. First encountered it as a Christian on thunderf00t videos on YouTube before becoming an atheist. |
