lol ... please dave show me how that ability to store that size of date "arise naturally "

Leave me in awe shocked shocked shocked

Wow me with science shocked shocked

By the way I'll address your polytheist argument much later cool
numbnuts,DNA doesn't store 700 Terabytes...it's only a template that can be used for data compression...and this is in large part only possible due to the data(the data the fellow i was responding to) being in a compressible form like binary...

"The work, carried out by George Church and Sri Kosuri, basically treats DNA as just another digital storage device. Instead of binary data being encoded as magnetic regions on a hard drive platter, strands of DNA that store 96 bits are synthesized, with each of the bases (TGAC) representing a binary value (T and G = 1, A and C = 0)"

http://www.extremetech.com/extreme/134672-harvard-cracks-dna-storage-crams-700-terabytes-of-data-into-a-single-gram

And in truth any form of matter can be converted into "data" by plotting a sequence that is repetitive and predictable, how do you think computers work?....that doesn't make rocks and mud "designed" grin

It can't fly in the face of everyone one that's why its not meant for everyone one, there are 99 beliefs in the world this is just one, its voluntary not a must .
Good,so why do you insist on it being correct for yourself?....is your reason justified enough for everyone or can anyone use it to believe anything?

You mean I don't tolerate further discussions when my views are questioned, isn't it? Yea cause I know I've told you all I know but still won't adhere to me cause we don't follow same beliefs, individual difference bro, what else do you want me to say bro? I know you want me to tell you what you want to hear but this are clearly my views,if I hid anything my conscience be the judge man.

Between cool meeting you.
You can play the guilt trip all you want....i'm asking you questions not because i don't adhere to your beliefs but to make you aware they're not coherent and are not well-founded...that's it.

It was clear you wanted to eat your cake and have it by saying you despise religion but believe in a god that shares characteristics with mainstream religion and thus unfounded as the religious one is... smiley

well now i just remember that during my time of escapades, a friend actually told me that s** doesn't necessarily mean penetration which I was trying to establish in my defence and which i have always thought about s** to be(African mentality or whatever you may call it-my bad) so I will say yes it was not consensual indeed. Thanks for correction
Then it's rape..

You've seen who don't? Definitely such person is not mentally stable. I've got a conscience and it guides and judge me,believe me its really help me.

Its a free world to associate to any belief it makes the world interesting.
And doesn't that fly in the face of everyone having a moral compass that you claimed?

Good luck bro,I'm not here to deliver a sermon,to each is own,you don't believe in a creator,I believe in one that makes us different then since we both don't have a thing in common or a confluence then no need over-flogging the issue bro. I've a good time mahn.
And herein lies the problem...you despise religion yet you follow the same routine when your belief is questioned....

The creator I'm adoring is the architect and engineer of the universe, the one who knows all,the supreme supernatural being.

Don't get it twisted, never said my conscience is leading me, what I alluded to was that my conscience is my guide, when I'm about hurt my fellow human feelings,my consciences pricks me to tell me I'm about todo the wrong thing, and if I go recalcitrant it will judge me, its called guilty conscience.

Have you ever pick someones pen in an exam and the owner needs it badly that he/she found themselves helpless and guilty conscience pricks you so hard that you had to return it?
I've seen people who don't and it's the amygdala in the brain where such empathy comes from....any damge to that or genetic disease affecting that and you'd be a psychopath.... grin

I get your point, but you know what I believe the world didn't create itself,
who said it did?... undecided
We've studied planet formation to be nothing more than the force of gravity acting up on solar accretion disks to form planets smiley
and surely there must be something behind the world, the climate, vegetation, sun, moon, stars,
Living things are a mystery....the rest have naturalistic origins backed up by evidence and facts...the moon is a leftover from the earths formation...i could provide peer reviewed papers of this if you want...
I feel all this things are not coincidence, there is something supernatural telling the world to act the way it is not scientist or human. Or have humans told the sun to surface at night and it happened? I believe in a creator.
I don't know why you keep saying "coincidence" as if that's my position because it isn't.....but i get where you're coming from, your thinking is split in two(either A or B)... i.e either a god is at play or "coincidence" undecided

Feelings have no say in the reality of things....people all over from time immemorial have let their "feelings" tell them many wrong things...from the earth is flat to black people are inferior to mirrors are magical to rain is someone opening a tap in the sky...can you separate yourself from them since you also base your belief on feelings? undecided

I can't change you bro,so you can't change me,its a decision. I don't just support the idea of religion that's all.
I didn't decide one day to be an atheist...i looked at the support for everything i believed in and it was based on inaccuracies....back then i believed in UFO's,big-foot,magic,god,conspiracies,etc....now i'm amazed i made it out because the more you fill your mind with inaccuracies the more your perception of reality becomes inaccurate and since perceptions are what we base our choices and actions on,the more bad choices and actions you make... smiley

there was no part of my testimony that claimed what you were saying beloved. I was NEVER RAPED. It all started from a friend that wanked me. But remember the kind if funny plays i told you I was having when I was small, so maybe such feelings or thought might have unknowingly birthed in me , I graduated to having sex with guys before i later allowed few guys to have sex with me. Remember I also said that sinful habit will NEVER leave you where it picked you from, it will surely cut across other levels of it. I practiced full sodomy but thanks for God's mercies and saving grace. In all i did am not worthy of existence but the thought of man is never the thought of God. I still give glory to God
@bolded,and reading the story tells of a rape scene....not consensual s..ex undecided

The funny thing about the "big bang" that all you christians keep making fun of is that it was a fellow christian that made the discovery...and it didn't come from nothing as often joked about but from a point that classical physics break down...hence it is termed as a "nothing" in certain instances... grin

I'm born as a Christian, but my grand parents were muslim, but you know as a man you need to make some certain decisions. The whole contradicting things I see in islam-Christianity as really made me go into recluse to ask myself a lot of questions.

Is this whole religion a lie?

Was there Christianity and islam during the days of oduduwa or whatever founding fathers? Still this old-men knew the right from wrong, knew if they put a knife or gun to a living soul it means death.

I asked myself do you really need a bible or a quran to tell you if you do that its a sin? So I came into conclusion that a mans conscience is his greatest judgment! Believe me,no matter how hard you are, your conscience will pick you when you going wrong.

When I look at various segregation amidst Christians,so many doctrines, inter congregation hate,so many wars by sunni and shiate muslims in the world,I ask myself is religion worth it? No.

But one certain thing is this, I believe there is a Creator somewhere, cause every living-thing as a king, progenitor, ants as kings, humans have leaders. so,I so much believe there is a Creator,I believe I need to adore him, make him feel like the Creator he really is,and let my conscience be my guide and judge.
By your logic...if every living thing has a leader and that leader is the same specie and not divine in any way,why would humans have a super metaphysical being as a leader and not a fellow human, unless ants and the rest have their own gods modelled in their own image? undecided

And since the universe isn't a living thing then no "king or leader is needed"....

You are RIGHT. Here is why.

According to the same organization (American Psychiatric Association) APA until 1974 homosexuality was a mental illness. So where did the GAY mental illness go?
Could it be that the APA guys have contracted the GAY sickness and now think Religious folks are the sick ones? Hmmm, interesting stuff though.

I just finished watching the movie "deliver us from evil". The movie was a true life story and I could see how a priest used some incantations, the cross and some scriptures of the bible to cast out demons out of a person. Now my question is, if Jesus is a myth how come the priest could cast out the demons with what he used. I really need some serious answers.
I watch exorcism films too, their often tagged with "true story" to make you more interested in them.....it's nothing but a farce in the sense that it is "a true life story" that is exaggerated to the levels of hollywood...you can check the true life story of those movies here...it's basically mostly circular arguments... "x exorcist claimed x experience and it's based on it".... it's the same as a UFO abduction claim or big-foot claim..

If you want to face atheism, ask yourself this question.....why do i believe in my god and not others?...when you have your answer, then ask yourself,is that reason a smart one for believing anything or is it a reason anyone can use to believe in anything?
