Focusmind: Thank you. I have the same concern. But WHO, on their website, stated that having telecom mast close is of no harmful effect. My second concern is getting construction permit for buildings that are situated close to telecom mast. For NEPA high voltage power line, it is difficult but lots of houses have telecom masts in their compound. I appreciate your response. Thank you. NCC requirement for mast is 10meters from residential building. If this is possible, I believe there is no issue because the RF have more power density some distance away from the mast |

Good morning sir
I notice leakage in the transmission of accord 2008 and ask mechanic to fix it.
If I drive for about 4km now, the "D" will starting flashing and VSA light will come on. The lights will not come back when I start the cart until another driving of about 4km
I scanned the car and the only code is U0122 which I believe is for d VSA that Come ON in d driving cycle.
Please what can I do to resolve this |

Structuralman: What is the level of ATF on your transmission dipstick? What colour is the ATF? How did he fix the leakage? Did he replace the ATF or just topped up and with which brand of ATF? He said it was oil seal(though am still noticing the leakage after the fix). The oil is dextron II, he didn't replace. The oil was changed initially less than a month, so he just top it up after with the remaining. Because he did not collect any other money for oil. The oil color still look like it was when bought |

Vaughanlanrewaj: No. He is completely inexperienced about our challenges so he should stay there and deal with the problems his loyalty, brain and training can cope with because he has no loyalty to us, no sound brain knowledge of our problems, and we are not running a $27 Trillion debt economy fuelled by buying junk bonds of even dead companies with tax payers money, or cheating other nations by minting more currency while telling other nations not to do same. So he will fail just like the way Dr Mrs Okonjo-Iweala failed, neocolonialism failed and China blossomed over the US and their western partners.
We made same mistake then by 'importing' Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala from the West to become the Finance Minister and till date, her most notable achievement in her national public service is helping the West recieve back with interest their dodgy opaque loans they purportedly loaned to us but which still found their ways back into their corrupt banks. Dr Okonjo-Iweala knew this as a VP then in WB but her loyalty is first to the West.
Yet by the time Dr Okonjo-Iweala left office, almost all our foreign reserve stolen , almost all the states could not pay salaries for months with civil servants dying despite FG borrowing billions to pay ghost workers and the country driven into and left there by Dr Okonjo-Iweala in the worst economic recession in our modern history yet a little known and globally less or un- decorated ex-commissioner was appointed from Ogun state and she worked hard, excellently and patriotically to reverse everything; cleaned all the disastrous economic mess Dr Okonjo-Iweala left behind as Minister of finance; her name is Mrs Kemi Adeosun. No world bank ex-this or that, no MITT certificate or training and no loyalty to the West..
My point is that the solution to our problems lie within. You don't need an American-Nigerian to teach you to be patriotic and loyal to Nigeria your nation or that if you grow in righteousness, your fervent prayer for peace and progress of your country and blessing your country every morning like some of us do ,availeth much. If you are not blessing Nigeria or adding value to Nigeria, you are not a blessing to Nigeria.visit www.freestuffsng.com for latest freestuffs in Nigeria. God bless Nigeria. For your information, Kemi Adeosun was also imported material

Nairaland General › PENGASSAN Members In Petroleum Ministry Begin Warning Strike by davle(op): 1:23pm On Aug 12, 2020 |
Members of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria in the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources and some of its agencies on Wednesday commenced a three-day warning strike. It was gathered that the senior workers downed tools at the Abuja headquarters of the FMPR in protest against the non-payment of their salaries for the past three months. Our correspondent also learnt that the strike was embarked upon by PENGASSAN to kick against the Federal Government’s inclusion of its members in the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information system. The association’s National Public Relations Officer, who doubles as the Rivers State Secretary of the Trade Union Congress, Fortune Obi, confirmed the industrial action when contacted. The striking senior staff staged a protest in Abuja, displaying various placards with inscriptions such as “IPPIS is a pandemic than COVID-19, the President should act fast,” and “IPPIS office, respect your agreement and come for negotiations” among others. Officials of the FMPR said they were aware of the protest and the three-day warning strike but declined to comment further on what the ministry was doing to address the situation. https://punchng.com/?p=855794 |
