Happy 2018 everyone!

I want to know if anyone here has used the universal 3g modem directly on strong receiver 4922 to provide internet connection?

Picture below.

I bought it yesterday, connects to my laptop but not connecting to the receiver when plugged in directly and the 3g protocol activated.
Are you enquiring about the same one you posted or any 3g modem in particular?

It will seem like TStv is not in any hurry for the roll out of their decoders in the near future....
I hereby attach our conversation of this morning.

Whereas, I expressed my feelings of enjoying the free transmission since November 2017, the response was that they are yet to go commercial!
The issue is simple.
TSTV needs to get the sports packages back, before launching full scale

It may even be another cause. In Nigeria, rumours get spread faster. Remember, were in dry season, something else may have triggered the inferno

IF WE HAD SEFLESS AND COMMITTED LEADERSHIP , NO ONE WOULD HOARD GALLONS OF FUEL IN HIS HOUSE...
You're right.
We store PMS at home for different reasons
For car
For generators

If all is well, just drive your carnto the gas station and fill your tank

If all is well, you don't need fuel for generators cos constant power supply eliminates use of generators

We've all fallen victims before.

I have an uncle in deira, I can link you up and negotiate shipping very well

Call the dealer, negotiate well, then call this my uncle to help you ship.

Please don't ship via UPS or DHl, they have no mercy. You can buy LNBF at the rate of AED 20 and shipping could be AED 80.

That's if you want

Good morning davodguy and RasKush. I replied davodguy with 10 addresses of shops in Deira around 10 pm day before yesterday but in less than ten minutes the post was removed and I was banned. I couldn't post on this particular thread and I was wondering who could have called the moderator to remove my post and made sure that I could not post again until this moment. This particular thread doesn't have moderator and we don't misbehave as people do on the front page. We sees ourselves here as one family with love and understanding though sometimes we do misunderstand ourselves but we settle our differences within a short period of time. Am still surprise on eho called on the moderator to finish me up.
Bro, so sorry.

I got the message late. Was wondering why I didn't here from you.

We got back to Nigeria this morning via Emirates.

I would have gotten for you and myself, if I knew. My Lnbfs too are wack and messing up.

There would always be a next time.

See below my price comparison that may guide.

I normally buy suppositories here in Lagos for between 24OO and 35OO. I bought for 15OO in UAE.

Normally buy Garlic supplement 5OO tablets via ali express for $14.24 * 38O rate by Gt bank. That's above 5k. I bought one yesterday for 3O AED. That's 3OOO naira.

Note all things are cheap, but some are and they're worth. Cos whilst we Nigerians tell the Chinese to make inferior cheap goods for us, the Americans, UK, UAE would give specifications. Almost everything comes from China to every country, but quality differs.

See what Trump is forcing the Chinese to do. Come and produce in USA. Don't produce in China again.

Happy new year to everyone in advance

Hello davodguy,
I would like you to do me a favour but I don't know how your schedule is at UAE presently. I would have like to get 4 ways stargold lnbf. The one from UAE is better than the one from aliexpress (China) and cheaper.
As a stranger, not sure where they sell this specifically. Can you check only for a specific shop?

Deira is purely clothes, Gold, shoes and phones

I know Buhari would win 2nd term before today.

Its simple and commonsense.

Buhari remains the most popular northerner still living today.
He would ride on that popularity again.

He's not winning cos he performed well. In fact he has disappointed many of us that supported him, but he's still better than the man PDP is contemplating bringing forward

Since their prices are sometimes too high, what do you suggest?
Always check if any product you intend buying is available in Nigeria first and at good quality, before you enquire abroad.

I'll break it down.

Most things in Nigeria are from China and of copy/fake quality. Some others get good quality, but when we visit their shops, we complain that their prices are high.

Note about Ninety % of things on Aliexpress is from China.

Yesterday Thursday, I was in a market called Deira Market, many Nigerians that have visited UAE would know the market. I even saw this man Kunle Bamtefa(Uncle Pablo in the soapopera JOHNSONS or Checkmate)

I once ordered two Bluetooth speakers from Aliexpress in August, this year and both cost about 5k.

Imagine, that I saw bigger speakers in deira for 1k each and the smallers once I ordered via Aliexpress were selling for N600 each. I learned a lesson yesterday that some guys from China are cheat. I bought 4 of those big speakers. Keep two for my cars and dash 2 out when I return to Lagos on Sunday.

Follow what I suggest.

Check local market first

How long does it take to be delivered?
Have you used it personally? If yes, what's the tracking ability like?
Via Aliexpress shipping it takes minimum 10 days and maximum 27 days.

But Aliexpress prices sometimes are too high. Just learned that

SpecialAdviser:
I know many illiterates will celebrate this and it is already happening. At a time that countries are making their own war equipment, we are still buying from everywhere.

How would any sane person celebrate that a country agreed to sell ammunition to you? Are they giving you for free? Is it not your money that you are spending to buy? Who wouldn't want to sell to build his economy? So you celebrate expenditure while your client laugh at you foolishness because he is making serious income. I won't be surprised that nations that sell ammunition, one way or the would provide backing to terrorism since it is equivalent to making sales. Slave is in the mentality.
Your kind of mumu is over advanced.

Countries bigger than Nigeria in terms of technology advancement and economy still buys weapons. Why can't Nigeria buy?
China
Australia
UAE
India
Turkey
Saudi Arabia
All import weapons

How's internal under performance and poor Management concern APC?

If Mike Adenuga decided to appoint his daughter to head Glo, cos he wants to run a family business and this daughter who's inexperienced decides to perform badly, how's that Buhari's fault?

Many of you read and can't even differentiate your right from left.

Let me say this, before some people misrepresent what they've read.

Corporate Governance has to do with internal Management of these publicly quoted companies and not Federal Government.

For those planning to track Badr at 26° with big dishes, just forget about it and seek other satellite. Apart from the MBC package on it and France 24, other channels do not worth the stress. Dubai sports 1-4, Kuwait sport etc are useless

I'm in UAE now and where I'm staying the satellite is Badr at 26° with over 400 channels courtesy 90cm dish.

Luckily before I left Lagos yesterday, I took along my Android IPTV. With the free WiFi here, I'm streaming all the EPL matches. Saw Spurs game and waiting for the other matches just to keep boredom away.
PoliticsRe: Why “Buhari: Beyond The Iron And Steel” Documentary Is Being Aired- Femi Adesina by davodguy: 4:12pm On Dec 24, 2017
So true and correct. I'll tell you guys why.

Today at the church, it was Thanksgiving day and I thought the crowd would be affected. Behold, I thought wrongly. The church was overfilled and people celebrated God as if there's no challenge at all.

After service, I'm at my In-law's place now. They're having a family get together, which was fixed for today since November, before the scarcity in December. The place is filled as well with merriment.

Hear this, not that all is well anywhere in Nigeria now, but are going to kill ourselves? Hell no. Life must continue as Femi said.

We must continue to pray, hope for the best and put more pressure on this administration to do the needful. Whilst at that, Life must continue.

You must eat in your house
You must feed your children
Bankers must be at work on Wednesday so we can see money to withdraw
People must visit Facebook and post on nairaland

Life must continue.

I'm here thinking of how I'll get myself to the airport tomorrow to catch up my Emirates flight. I must get there, either by taxi, uber or taxify

Life must continue and we will not jump inside river
