AMCON is a federal government agency saddled with buying back debt for banks. Once they buy back debt the collateral and liability become theirs.

So it is possible that Victorty Park is indebted to AMCON through buy back debt and as it were, the Land could be a debt buy back collateral.

Sometimes, such steps are addressed through lawyers and not social media.

Many are including Adron homes. They all borrowed money to facilitate their estates. To pay back is now a problem

She went to a commercial Bank to borrow depositor's money inform of loan. She used her land as collateral. When repayment time came, she defaulted and failed to repay the loan. The bank was about to collapse due to bad loan, Amcon intervened, paid the bank and acquired the liability.

Don't forget that Amcon used the federal Government's money to pay a private loan to save millions of customer's deposits.

Now Amcon is pressuring her to pay the money she owed, she ran to social media. Was the social media called when she borrowed the money and squandered it?

She should forfeit the property asap, cos both principal and interest is more than the value of the land in Victory Park

This is not surprising as most of those coming from the Muslim dominated countries are coming to support their families who were affected in the last terrorist attack in CHC. We live in an evil world. This month will be remembered as a month of death, pains, and agony. While some left their offices and home yesterday evening, little did they know that they will be involved in a tragic accident involving the trailer in Lagos.

According to RRSLagos, it was reported that a container fell on a Commercial Bus on Ketu Bridge inward Ikorodu. All passengers have been rescued except for one still trapped. The RRS Lagos team have to call on the LASEMA team for quick intervention for the trapped man. Due to the quick arrival of the LRU team, they were able to pull the fallen 40ft tanker off the bus and the man was rescued alive. He has been taken to a nearby hospital where he is receiving treatment.

No not because he’s white.... This is the first of its kind in the history of NZ, I’m guessing NZ doesn’t even have any constitutional law regarding incidents like this...justice have to be served according to the existing law and not emotions.

NZ justice law is probably one of the weakest... because of the peaceful nature of this country many laws haven’t been reviewed in decades.

For instance if u own a shop or business, you see a shoplifter taking stuff and getting away with it, u can not touch them. You can only call the police.... if u attack them, u will be charge with assault why the offender might never be found or in worst case charge with attempted robbery. That’s how crazy the law is.

Even self defence can land u in jail if not proven to be genuine and that your life was genuinely threatened.
