By God's grace, Buhari is the last man over 70 that's going to rule Nigeria. Atiku knows 2019 was his last chance to fulfill his lifelong ambition.... And this is why he's not ready to accept defeat. Unfortunately, he'll lose in the courts and I hope the APC legal team can prevail on the court to ensure Atiku Abubakar covers the legal expenses of the APC.
My advice to Atiku: Just give up on this elusive presidential dream of yours, play a key role in repositioning the PDP to give the APC a thorough run for their money in 2023 as Muhammadu Buhari(The rope that binds d APC broom) will not be contesting by then.

$100 limit is probably his bank's card limit. Other banks do much more than that. Also, dollar cards have higher limit as much as 5000 monthly limit.

Its actually $1000 (not $100) spending limit either on Visa or MasterCard Naira denominated debit card. I've used my card in close to 10 cities around the world eg Johannesburg, Addis Ababa, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, Perth, Sydney etc as soon as the limit is reached, transactions thereafter are declined

Fun fact: in 2003, the vote in Ogun (Obasanjo's home state) was rigged so egregiously that it yielded an 86% turnout for the presidential poll (99.9% in favour of Obasanjo) compared to a 34% turnout for the Reps/Senate election a week earlier. Courts later nullified the result.

From my little observation, I believe Nigeria -before Buhari assumed office in 2015- was already at a point of explosion due to the heavy mismanagement of funds by almost all the past governments. It was just a matter of time before it exploded irrespective of who assumed the office, it was meant to happen. All Nigeria needs right now is a good manager,which Buhari is doing arguably fine. And it's understandable to see some people wanting to rise against the Buhari force. He started out as Governor Elect in Adamawa in1998. OBJ made him VP in 1999.

By 2006, he decamped to AC (Action Congress)
By 2009, he returned to PDP and contested primary against Jonathan in 2010, which he lost
By 2014, he decamped to APC, lost primary again to Buhari

By 2017, he returned to PDP.

I'm sure, he would decamp again.

No politician has migrated back to his vomit in Nigeria as much as Atiku.

Buhari started with ANPP, CPC and now CPC metamorphosed into APC. He's more consistent than unstable Atiku.

However, he chose to stop the announcement of result at the last minute and kept mute from 1993 till after 15 years when he published a book in which he claimed that Babangida was not to blame for annulling the election.
We need to ask him the devil that made him stop announcement, since it wasn't Babangida.

2. Justice Ephraim Omorose Ibukun Akpata a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria as at then. He supervised the 1998/1999 elections. The election produced Tinubu asaaju Gov of Lagos, Atiku as Governor elect of Adamawa, before moving bro be OBJ's Deputy. Same election produced OUK, Odili, Ibori, OBJ etc. He died shortly afterwards. Not sure if this election was rigged

3 Sir Abel Guobadia OFR took charge of INEC after Justice Akpata died. He supervised the 2003 that ensured a Tsunami that swept all AD governors in the SW, in which only Tinubu survived. OBJ won second term and Buhari contested with Chuba Oladigbo. This election produced Saraki as Governor. The result was challenged in court by Buhari. This' election was rigged.

4. Emperor Maurice Mmaduakolam Iwu a Professor of Pharmacognosy was appointed by OBJ. He supervised the 2007 election, the worst in our history till date. No single breakdown of state results, all we know is that Yar adua won the election with Jonathan. Buhari and Atiku also contested and challenged the result at the supreme Court along with Buhari.

5. Attahiru Muhammadu Jega replaced the calamity Maurice Iwu. He's the only man to have supervised 2 elections. 2011 and 2015. He was in charge of the 2011 election which Jonathan won. Buhari contested the result as rigged and there's violence after the election. Jonathan retained Jega, may be for doing a good job in 2011 and he supervised the 2015 election in which Jonathan lost to Buhari.
Did Jega rig both or either of the 2011 and 2015 elections?

6. Mahmood Yakubu, is the man of the moment. He replaced Jega and just today 27/2/2019 handed over certificate of return to President elect Buhari.
