Not only Federal government Job. I applied for a job recently in A very popular agric Service provider based in Ogere in OGUN state. I passed the written exams and we were invited for oral interview. I got to know that a member of the board of directors has two candidates that sat for the exam and failed. Yet they were invited for the oral interview. They have already selected the people they wanted even before they notify the public of any vacancy since it was just 2 position that were available.

So my brother, Nepotism is everywhere both in the federal and private sectors. If you no Sabi director or someone higher in the company , u no dey get any job offer Oooo
