Latest news has it that Manchester United full back Patrice Evra has started behaving strangely in the last 20mins after hearing news of the draw.

He was observed to have hissed 500 times, Held his head in his palms, Looked around scared and actuallt blurted out "Why me Lord" 5 times in the last 20minutes.

He has applied for compassionate leave from his Manager Sir Faggotson.

When leaving the managers office he saw Oshea, Brown, Nevvile and Da Silva sharing a joke and he was obseen to shake his head and spoke in Warri Pidgin

"Na una I sorry for pass, I sabi Ribery for France, I just pity una waists and intestines"

doesnt mean they are shyte
Hamburg are not bigger, They are at par with Man City and Aston Villa and they crushed both of them

Liar!! Villa lost on away goals and Everton were beaten by the best team Portugal.
Villa was bundled out in the very first round. Of all teams from Italy, Germany, Spain and England, Villa had the worst campaign in Europe.

I am not talking about how they were molested by Benfica,
Everton was bungled out by Sporting Lisbon which isnt the best team in portugal

they are mediocre and they are busy beating italian giants 4-1
so playing semis is an achievement?
did they win the trophy? NO
the defending champion Shaktar Donesk was sent packing by Fulham
i doubt if Bayern can beat Fulham
Because Fulham beat Manure 3-0 does not mean you should rate Bayern as your mates.

Make UEFA do quick draw us together and lets settle this once and for all
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: French Ligue 1, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, Dutch Eredivisi And Bundesliga by dayokanu(m): 10:38am On Mar 19, 2010
i tot Hamburg won the league last season and Wolfsburg were former champions too
how you compare your league winners with our mid table clubs beats me.
Hamburg won the league last in 1983 and they were mid table all through last season when they hammered both Aston Villa and Man City with all the money.

Udinese hammered Tottenham and both are of equal strenght.

bring a mid table team like Frankfurt to play Everton and lets see what will happen.
Did you see the way Everton, and Aston Villa were disgraced out of Europe?

Inter and Chelsea are both league leaders so it can go anyway. The arguement is about EPL mid table teams being mediocre
are they mediocre? Hell No
ask Juventus
Mid table teams in the EPL are mediocre. When last did they do anything of note.

Hamburg and Bremen 2 mid table BL teams were playing UEFA semi finals last season

Your performance in the group stage was shyte.
Bayern scored a miserly 9 goals in 6 matches. . . . . .United scored a massive 20 goals in the group stage.
Do we have to score zillions to top the group?

Football isnt only about goal scoring. Ask Werder Bremen and compare them to Bordeaux who have maintained low margin victories in most of their games and are in CL quarters
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: French Ligue 1, Spanish La Liga, Italian Serie A, Dutch Eredivisi And Bundesliga by dayokanu(m): 9:26am On Mar 19, 2010
Citey, Villa, Fulham and Everton are decent teams and will kill clubs like Almeria, Frankfurt, St. Ettiene, Palermo and co
How come just last season Hamburg decimated Man city and Aston Villa, Wolfsburg and Braga humiliated Portsmouth, Udinese murdered Tottenham

Serie A leaders Inter murdered EPL leader home and away.

The Serie A teams are just having a horrible season.
Manure 7 Milan 2, Juve 1 Bayern 4, Fulham 4 Juventus 1

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Mourinho: Genius Or Fluke by dayokanu(op): 8:44pm On Mar 18, 2010
Torrr Bremen!!

4-4 What a comedy. Bremen cant just defend to save their lives,

Is their any more twist to this game?

As it stands, Valencia qualifies But if Bremen scores one more they go through.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan Thread! We Are The Red Devils! by dayokanu(m): 8:28pm On Mar 18, 2010
We copped 2 more points than you in the groups and qualified as group leaders.

We beat Barcelona HOME and AWAY while you were struggling for draws.

Rivaldo, Giovani, Anderson and Luis Enrique were shackled by Bayern

@ Dayokanu,

Owen Hargreaves is playing for the reserves as we speak.
His touches tonight make Effenberg and Hassler look like Enyimba players.
Hargo will go to the world cup. . . . . .He's like a new signing.
Has he graduated from medical school? Is he a qualified doctor now or still an auxilliary one? Effenberg and Hassler? The best on England in the last 30yrs cant tie Effenbergs shoe laces not to mention Hassler
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Mourinho: Genius Or Fluke by dayokanu(op): 8:25pm On Mar 18, 2010
One hell of a game is going on at Weserstadion

Bremen just came back from 3-1 down to equalise 3-3. as it stands Valencia would go through on away goals with 20 minutes more.

As I was typing Valencia scored again 3-4.

Why cant Bremen just defend to save their lives?

Mertersacker and Naldo are probably the most comical defensive duo in European football

In the groups we topped y'all beating Barca home and away.

@ Nou Camp, the service dwindled.
There were no Keane and Scholes and Beckham had to operate from the middle instead of hugging the touch-line on the wing.
It's a disgrace you didn't win that match. Man Utd without Schoes/Keane were like Barcelona without Xavi and Iniesta.[/quote]
Bayern played the finals without top striker Elber and Lizarazu. Its like Manure playing CL finals without Evra and Rooney
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Mourinho: Genius Or Fluke by dayokanu(op): 8:13pm On Mar 18, 2010
Calling Lizarazu and Thuram defensive minded is looney, Lizarazu was a flying fullback for Munich the same with Thuram for Parma, Deschamp was a holding player with a Zidane and front 3 of Henry, Trezeguet and Djorkaef
You really saw Trezeguet in France 1998? Did you watch him on complete Sports?

Aside the last group match and a sub appearance vs Paraguay, I cant remember him that much.

Maybe Duggary and Guivarch

e core players in that French team were mostly defensive minded i.e Thuram,Desaily,Blanc,Lizarazu and Deschamps.
Dont forget Petit, Karembeu and Diomede who made cameos
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: .:. New World Order - Bordeaux For Ucl 09/10? .:. by dayokanu(m): 7:15pm On Mar 18, 2010
Bordeaux is a decent side, but the green horns underdog "Hiding under the radar" is over

Other teams are ready for them

FC Porto won in 2004 because they were the most experienced team in the semi finals. They werethe team with the highest pedigree of the last 4.

In the last 8 this season we have Bayern, Manure, Barca who are former winners so no hiding place unless they get a very lucky draw which sees them avoiding the top teams
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Manchester United Fan Thread! We Are The Red Devils! by dayokanu(m): 6:25pm On Mar 18, 2010
MUTV is showing the 1999 TREBLE season as we speak and tell you what. . . . .
I don't think there's any strike partnership as deadly as Yorke/Cole combo in the history of association football.
They ripped teams APART with a reckless abandon. . . .
Except that they were both silenced by Kuffour at Nou Camp
