DK,
Admit you were wrong and give credit where it's due.
Sauron,
Any word on Valencia/Nani?
I wasnt really decided on this game. Both ways I win

I wanted Man Utd to kick them out home and away cos of the German 4 slots

I wanted Man utd to lose cos of the inherent hatred for them.

One had to prevail, Man Utd can still be kicked by someone else while Italy lose its spot also.

Milan losing today which might culminate in the slot loss and Bayern kicking Man Utd would be a double glory for moi cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy

I guess Man utd is being preserved for the bigger humiliation from their Master - Bayern Munich

My dear Ronaldo couldn't cut it tonight.  .  .
Crizzle hun, Where have you been. I suspect Mukina has been hiding you from me.

Up Scumtwats. Get Germany the 4 CL slots from Italy. Next Chelsea go screw Inter Milan

Go siddon jor.
When last did a German club win the champs lge?
That doesnt mean a thing. Before 2005 English league was sending 4 teams to The CL when they had not played the finals in a long while.

Go and check the UEFA co-efficient and see how close Germany is to Italy

Shit.ty Milan,

Man Utd kick then so Germany can snatch the 4 CL places from Italy Home and away

Chelsea also kick Inter Home and Away while Bayern takes care of Fiorentina Home and away too

Cant believe I would ever support Man Utd against any side(except Arsenal)

Nah I was referring to the so called 'Low Key' Nations.
We all know teams like Italy,Germany,Brazil,Argentina, England, spain.France e.t.c will always have good players
How can you include England in a list of countries with talents? Did you smoke saw dust as weed
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: The Most Improved Epl Player This Season by dayokanu(m): 8:41pm On Feb 14, 2010
A Midfielder dribbled a striker and you think this is disgrace? So if a keeper dribble an on rushing striker too thats disgrace? or if a defender misses a one on one with a keeper Thats disgrace?

Bosingwa/Sagna deal with super-fast wingers week in week out unlike the snail-moving wingers in La Liga.
I wanna see Nani vs Maicon or Ashley Young/Maicon duel. Na then you go know say Maicon is shyte.
See how Malouda tore Dani Alves a new butthole @ SB last season. . . . .Alves was nowhere to be found.
The speedstars are the easiest to tame. Like marking Pius Ikedia who cant do a step over .

Who is easier to mark, Tijani Babangida or Luis Figo, One has pace one doesnt

Name em.
Beckham has scored more freekicks than Rivaldo ever did.
David healy probably scored more goals than Ronaldo Lima.

Rivaldo scored a brace vs AC Milan in San Siro. Beckham I doubt.

Rivaldo scored a free kick vs Santiago Canizares in 2001

God bless you, this is the problem with most beer parlor football analyst, I remember vividly when Fifa honored Zidane with the WPOTY award in 2003/4

season when in actual fact Henry was by FAR the best player in the world at the time, as a matter of fact Zidane (with all due respect) didn't do jack poo in

that season but ofcourse fifa gave the award to him strictly based on his reputation and favoritism, and that is what I'm sensing from some people on here
FAUX. Ronaldinho won in 2003/2004. while Zidane won in 2002/2003.

If you feel Henry deserved it, then tell us why u think so, what he did and how he played that season

Zidane disgaced ronaldo delima
Was this on PS3?

Regarding Belgium being a super power, I came across an article on the net recently where the author basically made a prediction of emerging superpowers based on the amount of young talents countries have. I was quite amazed cuz quite a few amount of countries has good young player. You never know but the 2018 worldcup might be the first worldcup final not contested by the so called 'Super Powers'
That means you have not been following the German set up
The best young keepers in the world
Manuel Neuer and Rene Adler
Toni Kroos
Mesut Ozil
Jerome Boateng
Thomas Muller
Marko Marin
Sami Khedira
Andreas Beck
Grote
Felix Kroos
Holger Badstuber
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by dayokanu(m): 7:35pm On Feb 14, 2010
Beats me oh!
Please this fallacy about Arsenal and their youth policy is over-stretched.Whenever I hear the usual mantra stating that Arsenal are a young team,I start to wonder if it is a relative term.Because some of these grandpas you mentioned make this their ÿoung team"talk quite laughable
That was the Man Utd squad that started against Arsenal last weekend
Edwin van der Sar-39
Patrice Evra- 28
Wes Brown-28
Da Silva Rafael-19 (Teenager)
Jonny Evans-22
Ji-Sung Park - 28
Michael Carrick-26
Luis Carlos Nani- 23
Paul Scholes 35
Darren Fletcher- 25
Wayne Rooney - 24

Manuel Almunia- 32
Bacary Sagna - 26
Emmanuel Eboue, 26
Thomas Vermaelen-26,
William Gallas-
Gael Clichy- 24
Vassiriki Abou Diaby -23
Tomas Rosicky- 29,
Cesc Fabregas-22
Samir Nasri- 22
Theo Walcott-20
Alexandre Song- 23
Andrey Arshavin -29

By the time you add Eduardo and RVP who missed due to injury, the Young claims fall like a pack of card.

Man Utd won the league and CL when the key members were CR7-22, Rooney-22, Tevez- 22 add that to Nani, Anderson yet Fergie didnt come up with any young claim.

I have seen several freekicks of Rivaldo vs top keepers,

True enough, only that some projects end up in debt while some keep the club afloat. Permit me also to steal your thunder cos I expect you to come back with the fact that some projects end up with trophies while others don't, to that all I say is the future will tell
Sharp boy. Like you said some projects end with trophies while others end with empty hands. Of course the future is never ending. In 50yrs time we would still be on the same trophyless run since the project never ends.

No wonder clubs now sing "Can we play you every weekend"

My mistake, I obviously overestimated the IQ of our resident Nazi, the whole point behind that statement was to query the outcome of a process known to be tainted, why should we draw any conclusions from a league we now know to have been subject to manipulation? It wasn't about who got docked points. Seems I expected too much from you Dayo
Mistake, trophylesness, suicide, dementia what else should we expect from GAYYners?

Juve schooled Milan at home while Milan was champ in Europe.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by dayokanu(m): 7:53am On Feb 13, 2010
Arsenal has not won the UCL with or without Arsene so that says nothing about Arsene, we have a project going on and that is the whole point of this discussion anyway so you aint saying much.
Portsmouth too has a project, everyone has a project

Liverpool already knew they weren't going thru and there was nothing to play for apart from pride, your champions still had every opportunity to go through if they had beaten manure and CSKA lost.

English FA champs who were where on the league table? fighting relegation methinks,
So Portsmouth league position mattered last year but Wolfsburg league form this season doesnt. No wonder you support Arsenal

sure beating an uber-geriatric Milan should be applauded I guess
The same Geriatric Milan qualified for the CL second round this season despite losing coach and star player while Liverpool couldnt

And about the Juve/Milan thingy even if it were true, don't we all know why that could have happened now? match fixing remember or is your memory that short?
Everyone knows Arsenal fans are the closest noun to DEMENTIA. AC Milan too had points docked for Match fixing everyone knows but a GAYYner

How many years ago was it when Arsenal wonthe CL? 1million years and counting

Fiorentina had already qualified and still beat Liverpool at Anfield. so we can say 4th in Serie A is better than 2nd in EPL

Is it really because they've lost their coach or they're finding it hard to compete on all fronts as some other clubs who've always made it to Europe yearly have grown used to doing?
Last year when they won the league they were in Europe and eliminated Milan, Pummeled English FA champs

if 2 clubs are outperforming you at home then its almost a sure banker they would outperform you on the continent?
Really? I thot anyone who had any idea about footie in Europe would know that Juve dominated Italy while Milan conquered Europe

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only. by dayokanu(m): 6:05pm On Feb 12, 2010
This point will be valid when you show me a single club in Germany that has spent half or even a quarter as much as Chelsea and Manure in the last 5 years in your bumblesliga league and also if any club from your league has won in Europe during that period. Did you see what Manure did to your League's champion this year with a rag tag team?
Get some perspective dude.

Wolfsburg of this season was different from last years. They lost the major factor that helped them last year which is the coach. They are currently 12th in the Bundesliga. Why not talk about Liverpool second in EPL last year but got kicked home and away by a mid table Fiorentina.

I guess the spending power of Manure and Chelsea also stopped you from winning any European title under Wenger for 14years

The pertinent question is why have y'all been trophyless for the better part of 5 seasons? Answer: Arsene knows

Why have you been turned to a joke when playing your title contenders? Answer: In Arsene we trust

Why have u won just 3 titles in 14 yrs under Wenger? Answer: Chelsea didnt win for 50 yrs

Why have your defence been such a plaything to Drogba? Answer: We have a business model.

This business model thingy is so overplayed. Bayern is one of the most profitable clubs in Europe where NO coach is God but just employees yet they spend when they should and cant be trophyless for 5 seasons

Arsenal are more attractive. big players would prefer arsenal too Liverpool.
I disagree. Which big player would name Arsenal as his desired club?

they have better players. at least 8 out of thier first 11 can command a starting place in the best teams in the world. the team has depth.
I disagree.

Arsenals 11 of

Almunia couldnt break into his country's top 5 keeper

Sagna- I can mention 8 RB better than Sagna.

Clichy- 24years old 3 National caps says the story

Vermalaen- The Belgian Center Back is only highly regarded at the Emirates

Gallas- This guy was shown the door by Mourinho when he was at his peak

Song- Improved but command a shirt in any team? Definitely NOT.

Fabregas- Best player in the squad he might fit the bill better but heck he is a bench warmer for country.

Diaby- Like seriously? Diaby walk into any team?

Denilson- Definitely you didnt have Denilson in mind when you said this

Bendtner- Not even with Ibom Stars would he get a shirt

Eduardo- grin grin grin grin grin grin

van Persie- Overrated piece of shi.t hasnt made 15goals in a season as a striker with almost 10years in the game.

Arshavin- This guy might have the talent but saying he would walk into any team is pushing it too far. I can easily name 10 attacking midfielders better than him. CR7, Messi, Robben, Ribery, Kaka, Gerrard, Iniesta, Lampard, Ronaldinho without thinking too hard
