After Bayern, which other Bundesliga league make wave in Europe consistently? The last ten years you have Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal always competing highly for the trophy. Anyway who watches Bundesliga. If not for German good economy nown your uninteresting classless league would die.

elampiro: If you like put AC Milan too with more UCL trophies, they and your Bayern are a weaker brand than Man United is sports. Put them in the market and their value will help you determine their class. If you had not used class, you will have a point.

It is not the babe who made the highest score in a class that is more classy. Beauty, personal attributes, packaging and ability to attract real suitors come in while determining class. Same way United class is able to woo investors and buyers. That's why United sells more Jersey and are most valued sports club. Class!

elampiro: The table in your link shows that Spain is 1st, England 2nd and Germany 3rd. That is the overall ranking over 6 years yet you were claiming Bundesliga is stronger. In 2013 it is normal to move Germany up because of this years UCL, just as Wigan can temporary be pushed above Man City in ranking due to their FA cup success. But clearly the table in your link ranked England higher than Germany on overall ranking.

Man United is the strongest brand in sports followed by Madrid. May be you have to re-think about what you call class. If Bayern like they should win a million trophies, they will always remain inferior to Man United and Madrid in terms of brand. Same way Barca irrespective of their recent success is a weaker brand than Madrid in the eyes of the public.

montelik: I was really impressed with Gundogan and Subotic for Dortmund yesterday (Hummels has quality but lacks leadership at times). Bender did okay but he got lost too easily for my liking. Gundogan is the perfect profile of what we need in our midfield. Good technique, composure under pressure at high speed and tight spaces, lots of mobility and energy when Dortmund have possession. To go with solid work ethic, good tackling, covering, strength and discipline when Dortmund don't have possession. He shows you don't have to be built like Yaya Toure or slow the game down like the Busquets to be effective playing from deeper in midfield.
