celtic have won the scottish league 44 times, won their FA cup 36 times - they must be better than bayern and barcelona. let's assume for a second that bayern are in the premier league, would they have won the league 23 times? how can anyone compare a league where the best team has won it 20 times in 150 seasons to the one that the best team had won it 23 times in 50 seasons?
