They are not keeping to time stated on the schedule, if there's a technical problem why not just communicate to the people involved so they understand what's happening

I think the exam was set up in such a way that one wouldn't be able to finish.. I had issues with the questions loading on time especially the section that had 100 questions I was only able to answer 45 very annoying

The honest truth is, Germany is not our father-land. They have every right to do whatever.
We should be hopeful for the best while we do our part - which doesn't include a protest.
Its better you channel this energy to the necessary government sector who can come to a reasonable agreement with them.
Any countries' consulate represents the country as a whole, I do hope you know that Germany does not take 'nonesense'
Hope you also know that before covid a lot of persons have been left frustrated on this visa issue.. Some have deferred their admissions several times while some frustratingly, ended the process..it's hightime we spoke about it.. We are not fighting them we only want to beg them

What do you hope to achieve with all these planned protests and actions? Like it or not, Visa is not your right.
Find something else doing while the embassy sort out their issues. Your cases are neither special nor unique.

As much as I am all for people expressing their civic rights, wisdom must be applied too. You are all basing your actions on emotions and hear-says. The embassy has updated their website, follow the instructions and wait patiently, if you cannot do that, I wish you all the best!
Please be specific... Visa is not your own right.. Stop rubbing off negativity on people.. We have chosen to be positive and also, find ways to address this situation

The world has changed drastically, no more fair play anywhere again. If you don't stand up and demand for what you need, nobody would give it to you. That is the world of today. The world belongs to the bold.
This is the spirit

I urged you all to go and protest !!! With a good media ... put it all over social media ...if you don’t
Protest in front of the German embassy, I’m afraid things aren’t going to get better ..

Below are pictures of protesters in SE .. Indians and Pakistanis having same issue now have been solved.. please mobilize yourself
It has come to this actually.. They haven't really seen how serious we are in getting this.. Even the Bible says the violent takes it by force.. Although force in this context means the required steps in actualizing a set goal.. Let's gather, find a day to make a peaceful protest we will overcome

you made a valid point but what's the way forward?
I think we should create a group chat maybe on WhatsApp.. And then strategize on how we can get a solution.. Those who know someone in government should also find a way to reach out to them.. If it is needed for some of us to match to the State Assembly to make our demands known we should do that.. For me, I am ready for this move

The international flight is no excuse, AM can be delayed till flight resumes...The federal government has started modalities to resume international flight so why not start giving AD? it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to get a visa after interview some its months. They started given AD to ghanians in June even their international airspace were closed...what I can say is there is a problem cause its no longer funny. October is here, still nothing...the website says students with presence letter are exempted yet there is no reply to mail, even phone calls made are met with different answers, this is unfair...If they are not interviewing for winter why not let all know, so we can rest...This is a mental torture, and no country deserves this.
It's a ridiculous excuse to say they are not giving AD for winter when other countries are issuing ADs to those who applied for it

The problem here is when a motion is going positively well, big foolz will come here and be saying rubbish, writing long epistles "Visa is not your right" and this foolz would do nothing to change the situation at hand, anything you are doing with Nigerians just forget it, they are never together always trying to bring themselves down, so bro forget about it, cause I personally know some people on this forum, if you can do anything by yourself to better this situation please do. Its sad that we cannot come together, brainstorm and look for a way forward. Terrible.
It is very annoying to know that we have so many pessimistic people on this platform. It saddens my heart deeply.. Let's come up with ideas to move forward I believe nothing is impossible we just need few individuals who are ready to take a step in voicing out our demands. It will go a long way you never can tell

It's hightime we stopped complaining and take necessary actions in voicing our demands to these people. We can send tweets about this issue to the German office in Berlin @GermanyDiplo on twitter.. I have been able to contact the European Student Union on this AD issue as well. At this point, we need to find ways to reach out to those in government so that they can find a solution for us.. Technically, the reason we want to school abroad is to get better education in developing ourselves and this country.. Even if it is for us to go to the Lagos State Assembly to communicate our feelings and demands let's do that more action less talk we can't just sit and expect a miracle without necessary steps.. Let's get in as a team to find a solution NOW!!! People should come up with ideas on how to communicate our feelings to the government to help us reach out to the embassy we need ideas not complains

You are not writing any letter. Just tell the person to go his city's foreign or Alien"s office to apply for the sponsore letter. Its the office that will issue out the letter to him after cross checking his documents and eligibility.
If you can come to my WhatsApp I will show u how it is
Please can I get your contact

please who have gotten admission at FSU University of Jena, kindly indicate.
Yes I got an admission from them for a master in Economics.. They have given me 2 weeks to accept it or not.. The issue is the admission cannot be transferred to another semester and I don't have AD yet... It's just frustrating.. Thank God I have another admission from Kiel.. Also, they expect me to enrol in person. It's crazy

HI Everyone, I had a date before the pandemic, the embassy said they will reschedule me once international flights reopen. I also have a letter of presence from my school in Germany. Since the embassy has opened, do I email them with the letter or just call or wait?

I need some advice please. Thanks.
Please does the embassy have a mail to send your documents?? Especially to show that you have a letter of presence.

However, Uni assist couldn't forward my application to the school because I didn't have a German language proficiency certificate which is mandatory for all their courses even if the course would be taught in English.. I wrote to the admission office at potsdam to plead leniency omo dem no gree.. They said that's the rule and they can't adjust it good news was my other applications to uni magdeburg and kiel University were forwarded by uni assist I'm praying for a favourable outcome

Hello good afternoon everyone.... I have a quick question... how long does a sponsorship letter last before it expires... I have one issued last year but I didn’t get an appointment...can I still use it this year or do I need a new one?

Secondly can someone throw light on a good insurance company in nigeria to use for insurance cover for student visa?
I think its validity is 6months from the time it was issued.

u never see Appointment Date, u never get Admission Letter you are filling visa form like seriously? Wait till u get admission letter first na, that one is not running away. Me I have admission letters a lot, but when I get appointment date I will fill the visa form it shouldn't take a day sef to fill, so why d rush? Guy pray for AD that's the matter here not visa form.

Thank God I asked the questions o..it was someone who was advising me to just go ahead and fill it without having gotten admission.. By the way how does one apply for appointment date I guess it's totally different from the application form
