CoronaVirusPro:This is real funny. Arguing despite defeat. What are the facts told by the governor? How did he derive those facts? Is he a statistical authority/ analyst? Did he carry out necessary survey? With which statistical tool did he arrive at the said (non-existent) fact? Why should we believe a governor, a politician over a recognized authority for data? If you are to respond to me, respond with answers to tye above questions. If not, dont bother responding. I won't dignify you with a reply. |
CoronaVirusPro:Last kick of a dying horse. Mr. Man near wall. |
CoronaVirusPro:Thank God you know that the NBS extracts data. But to educate you; the data isn't extracted from government house. The NBS conducts surveys, research and use statistical measures to derive conclusions. Soludo has never and can never do that. Soludo said he has data. I'm sorry no one nees the data of a jealous governor who is not a statistical authority cause we already have one from the NBS and you have no proof to show that the NBS data is false. You just don't like the data. And that's understandable. But data doesn't care about your feelings. |
CoronaVirusPro:I believe you stopped your schooling at SSCE cause if not, you should know that the NBS is the official recognized authority in terms of data not an individual. Not even a governor. If you were to reference poverty statistics would you say "Soludo said" or "According to the NBS"? |
tammie24:Tinubu has the final assent on any decision of that committee. He's the head of the committee and they can't shove a decision down hus throat. Stop trying to absorb the president of his fault. |
madridguy:Firstly, in Benin, it's not Iyaloja, it's Iyeki. Secondly, there's a system and a bloodline fr Iyekis which Tinubu's daughter clearly bypassed and sought to establish, impose and enforce her own system in the people of Benin. Doesn't matter whether or not the Iyeki is from Benin. It's like imposing a king on a people that's not royal blood. |
TheBizGenius:What you're saying here is just technical nonsense. The contractor must have given the cost of he road. So from the total cost given by the contractor, what is the average cost? A very simple question. |
Very good! Now let's see Trump's reaction. |
Tinubu's daughter should respect her host. Iyaloja is not recognized by the laws of Nigeria. Nobody appointed her as such. She appointed herself. Chieftaincy matters are left to state governors and market matters are left to the local government and the Oba. There's nothing like Iyaloja in the Benin culture. Respect your host for God's sake! |
Ttalk:You are either uneducated, ignorant or misinformed. The Electricity Act didn't put generation and distribution of electricity solely under the purview of State governments but granted them the right to generate electricity without giving it to the national grid which was the case beforehand. The FG still has electricity under it's arm. Remember what Enugu state government tried doing few months ago with the cost of electricity and the FG fired back. Calm down, take a pen, learn. |
helinues:The gun violence in The US is a constitutional matter not under the preview of Trump. To say blaming Tinubu for the insecurity in the "North" is a really obnoxious thing to say. The north is also Nigeria which Tinubu is a president of. And on matters of security, like Tinubu once said, the bulk rests on the table of the president. Lastly, if the military and Tinubu couldn't get security reports that the governor got then, there's something wrong with all our security apparatus including the NSA and if everybody has to get to the president to get a direct order, then there's no need for the heads of military and other heads of security service. |
Putindbutt:If Muslims are affected then let them cry out also. This is Christians saying enough is enough. You're not going to gaslight us. Muslims are killed. By who? On which doctrines? |
Softmirror:It's no longer branding, it's not resourcefulness? I don't know how familiar with the Construction industry but ask around, people prefer BUA cement to Dangote anytime anyday. What exactly is Dangote known for as a brand that gives him advantage or an edge over others? Strength? Aesthetics? None. Just greater supply and the ability to use politics to ensure that competition doesn't get as much resources when it comes to raw materials as he does. Remember how Dangote was fighting BUA recently for a piece of land with iron ore? This would be my last reply to you on this matter. You can continue in your self delusion. |
Softmirror:Again, this is funny. Branding is a very tiny aspect of marketing. Very tiny aspect. Dangote holds 58% of the cement industry market share, has high government support, is a big player in politics, and has stiffened entry to the industry. That's not branding; it's monopoly. |
Softmirror:This is funny. Dangote sells more expensive because he has a perfectly inelastic demand — Price. That's the whole point! He increases proce without any consequences. He's a price giver not taker and that's the second feature of a monopoly. Sit, pick a pen and learn. |
Softmirror:I gave a very concise but pinpoint explaination. It's sad you couldn't comprehend. But, to answer your question; Dangote dictates price to his own advantage and doesn't care whose disadvantage the price increase hits. On that phrase "selling it cheaper" If there's one thing that stands as a fact, it's that Dangote Cement is always the most expensive and he's always the first to increase price. Soz no Dangote doesn't sell cheaper. And when he increases price, the last thing on his mind is how the other companies will react cause it's of no consequence to him. That's the full definition of a monopoly. |
Softmirror:You see, you need to ensure that you don't only have a certificate but also knowledge. A monopoly doesn't mean only one company supplying a product but rather, a single company having sheer dominance over an industry to the extent where the company dictates the price and other key metrics of that industry. And that is what Dangote is in the cement industry. There are only 3 companies, DANGOTE, BUA and LAFRAGE and Dangote has 58% of the market share of the cement industry furthermore, Dangote has also stiffened entry into the industry. DANGOTE is a monopoly in the cement industry. |
Ttalk:Because he wasn't campaigning to be the president of Anambra but of Nigeria and Lagos is part of Nigeria. For the One LP candidate, it was a video and the video was a story telling one. It's not only that bridge that was shown but many other places, but agenda no get mama sha. |
Just to make it plain, this Liman guy is the one that has Ben delivering disastrous judgements in the Kano Emirates case and has made tw Emirs. That's who Tinubu wants as you next INEC chairman. Welcome Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to complete disaster. |
dederocs:Again, money wey the take train you go school, them for use am train wild aneemal. |
Tinubu saying that we've met our revenue target might just be the greatest blunder of his after "subsidy is gone" It's like telling your children that you have 29 billion Naira in your house but you've refused to give them food and pay their school bills. It's a dilemma now for the government. Do we say we didn't meet out revenue target or do we jus ignore and let our zombies fight the fight. |
3ice9ce:This is a weak defence. So, the government or let's say Tinubu is now afraid of northerners that he can't d the right thing? Or does the Armed forces take orders from Gumi? |
We actually have and let me add, for the dirt time in this country's history 45 MINISTERS!! Tinubu's government is a wasteful one. |
Ballmer:What is funny is that you call this "positive" news. It isn't. And I really don't understand how good news will make someone sad! Like if the gas went back to N300 like it was before you mean I will be sad? You take is a lazy one. But let me guess, you think I'm Igbo right? |
I'll say two things; 1. This inflation lacks transparency and can be seen as false data cause till today the NBS has refused to tell us the metrics for it's rebase. 2. Even if you argue that the inflation rate is right, this isn't good news. Literally it's just saying: "the rate at which prices are going up is slowing down" "prices d not rise every two days now, it rises every seve days" |
Jashub:I mean this in the calmest way possible and I'm just curious. Can you please explain what you said. How are people gradually eradicating the leading of the Holy Spirit in Churches? |
He removed it without even thinking at all! xoxoxo |
Can we take our attention off the car for a while and look at he road? The state Tinubu built? |
