I can underatand that the government could neglect a place, because they are corrupt but I can not understand why they chose to neglect the Niger Delta, it is much more beautiful than Abuja, Port Harcout, Calabar and Lagos put together.

How the Fcuck can you possibly neglect this shocked shocked
Just look at the miles of beach and the beauty the swamps and rivers create

Foreign Affairs › Re: Israel Plans Nuclear Strike On Iran by dblock(m): 9:54am On Feb 10, 2007
Let's simplify all of this. Israel is a troubled state, it has always being a troubled state. The jewish people have always being a troubled people, they've being bullied since biblical times and I think due to the fact that they have, or at least they had the largest army in The middle east, due to certain contibutions by a certain country, they've being busy all these years doing nothing but protecting the country. If they feel threatened by Iran, which they should, due to public statements made by certain people then why no engage in warfare, I think they'll have the backing up of the US and maybe even the EU, just as long as they are carefull to use only little and less powerful nukes, okay what am I saying, this move could completely distabilize the region. Iran won't just sit back and watch, but Israel has to do something, any ideas undecided

Politics › Re: Nigeria Ranked 2nd Poorest Nation in the World by dblock(m): 1:45am On Feb 10, 2007
Actually if you looked at a survey of Equatorial Guinea you'll see that the nation isn't hype as suggested with all the forecasts, the country is making money and it's got a small population, but not enough is being invested so the nation although is higher than Nigeria in a lot of charts shouldn't really be, at least not yet. I think Mr topic got the idea that Nigeria was the second poorest from some US intelligence prediction, those predictions are based on little knowledge and don't necessarily mean anything at all. And oh yeah nigeria's standard of living is on the rise, the GDp has being rising immensely for the past 20 years but it couldn't keep up with the population figures thus having little impact ont the standard of living. wink
