If Abuja was not developed at the expense of the Niger Delta, Whose expense and resource was it ?Who were the drivers of the development of Abuja?

Nigeria has enough resources to buid a 100 Abuja's, that's what I mean. It is correct to say that the area was neglected, but it would be higly incorrect to say that Abuja was built at the expense of the Niger Delta. The money laundered by Abacha, Alams and all the other corrupt leaders would probably surpass the amount of money invested into Abuja.

Abuja was not developed at the expense of the Niger Delta. The neglect of the Niger Delta, I suspect, was an unforeseen one. It is true that the area was neglected and badly developed, but the Local FG which comprised of largely N.Delta Indigents are also to blame. A report claiming that the money which was pumped into the state for the last 8 years was enough to develop the state, but People like Alams would probably have sqaundered these chances. But even if I am wrong which I doubt, but the path that the militants are taking will not and cannot lead to any positive development, nothing but havoc and chaos will be achieved, they are destroying the Niger Delta even more by rebelling in this manner.

econd, why is the Supreme Being equal to Time? Not only isn't there any reason for that, it also means the Supreme Being had a beginning. That leads to the next question, what caused the Supreme Being or how did it come to be?

The reason why, I said the Supreme Being is equal to time was due to the fact that the supreme one couldn't possibly have existed before time and time couldn't have existed befor the supreme being hence they would have to be the same and religious documents do back this up, although it is not clear and it is a little circumstantial

The supreme being wasn't created by anyone because nothing existed before him. It seems to me that you are attacking me with my own evidence , that's understandable but I do believe that the reason why scientists can stand around saying things like what you are saying and obviosly implying, is due to the presence and existence of the suprem being. Pathetic arguments, the Abacha contracts have long been forgotten. The contracts for this project(The Mambilla Hydro Power proje----) and the railway projects have all being signed, the railway will not take 30 years but 4-10 years and the later phases will follow. If these projects fail, then they've failed, but until then(If that's the then ) show a little optimism Bro. The infrastructure for the railway will be constucted and the carruages will be brought, If it don't happen then you can laugh at me in the end, but I'm not a fool just cos I believe
