If you've tried all these and it still persists, blocked nose, inability to sleep or feed, please do not let her suffer any longer because those types of blockage do not come out with nose sucking by the mum.
You can get a nasal spray, it helps decongestant the nose, do not use for too long, say 3 days and only use when the nose is blocked. With a lil ease, we can then let the cattargh run its course, we just passed the phase myself with my ds.

Continue with the steaming. Catarrh is a viral infection, it will run its course and go, but all the same continue with the steaming. U can put a drop of silver bird on her bib so that she can perceive it, u can give her warm water if she is not on EBF

Keep the baby upright for 30minutes after feeding. If you're in ebf, avoid dairy products till she's older, if not try switching formulae. My ds had the same issue and that's what helped until he was around 4months before he stopped.

4/4 The nurse said, since the only pain was in my rectum, I should push the next time I feel like pooing. So I kept pushing. After a while, she had to cut me to create more room. By 11.45, my beautiful baby boy came out screaming and was handed over to me...... To God be the glory. Ladies, please get ready for your babies from week 36, I can imagine what would have happened if I didn't pack my bags a night before the baby decided to show. Through the journey of nine months God has indeed being faithful,the first month of conception I was normal,eating whatever I wanted I never really felt pregnant but the second and third month was 'hellish' for me was sick throughout in and out of the hospital treating malaria that refused to go.
Up until few days into the second trimester after that I was just hale and hearty no complain except the occasional pains of being pregnant...it continued like that till
On Tuesday the 5th of sept in the afternoon I went to pee and noticed a slight discharge after wiping I never thought it to be anything later in the evening by 6 water started dripping and I wasn't feeling contraction even the slightest of pain I had to call my Doc to inform and he said I should report to the hospital when I start having contraction so I slept.
The next morning by 8am still not feeling pains I called my mum and some close friends and they advised I get to the hospital to avoid infection and/or get induced too,so I took my bath,brushed and got dressed immediately I just entered the car I started having strong contraction,the pain was out of this world,we couldn't get to the hospital cuz it's a bit far had to go to the maternity home around thank God I also registered there,when we got there the midwife checked me and said I'm not fully dilated I should pace up and down...I was crying,praying and shouting at the same time chai! it wasn't funny,when I thought I couldn't take it any longer I was checked again and wheeled into the labour room and at 10:55am my princess came,I really blessed God cuz it wasn't a prolonged labor
To my team mate,team sept and all waddling and expectant mamas wishing u safe delivery and to TTC mamas soon we will rejoice with u all may God bless us all

Ma soleil arrived yesterday 28th via emergency C-section @36 weeks 1 day and weighing 2kg

I'm alive to testify of God's goodness, my princess is hale and hearty too, daddy is overjoyed it ended in praise and by his grace plenty money to take good care of her

In my 3rd trimester too, just finished taking cefuroxime (tribinat) for upper respiratory tract infection(cough precisely) don't know about it for protein in the urine though and my baby's doing well to the glory of God and kicking my bladder like no man's business.
My OBGYN said it is safe in pregnancy esp 3rd trimester, I believe him but trusted God and took it.
