Guys I need helpoooo!!! does anyone know how much it cost to rent a cement mixer for a day for casting. and also the contact to any renter in Lagos. my project is in Lekki, lagos.

cement price in Owerri Imo State is at N1650 yesterday. hope Dangote discharges the ship soonooo!

@ Oga Spyder; by adding a beam instead of blocks; will that take care of the visible beam picture you had display on a page in the past in which you talked about hiding with POP? I ask because am wondering if your creativity here takes care of the issue of hiding the beam with POP as earlier intended.

can anyone give me the cost a 6 bedroom raft foundation and german floor in sangotedo, lekki, ajah area, lagos.

@rastaman and others; Na Ajah, in lagos the land dey. Also, can one build with 9inch blocks for exterior walls and 6inch block wall for the interior on the bottom level ; or does everything have to be 9inch blocks

5.Wood 12x12-400pc @N750 each=N300k
6.wood 200@ N250 each=N50k
7.Iron 16mm-3tons @N120k each=N360k
8.Iron 12mm-1 ton @=N120k
9. Iron 10mm 1 1/2 @ N126 each=N189k
Material total=N3,219.000
10. Labour=N1.5m

Grand total=N4,719,000

Gurus; I beg make una put mouth for this matter!!! I was told by my builder that a 6bedroom duplex Raft foundation will cost N4.5m. I think its to much for standard size house. Location is in Ajah and land is dry. however i understand that the entire area has to be Raft foundation due to water.

warming up for August break-I heard its when the rain slows/stops. I am gearing up for a raft foundation. Therefore, I ask my NL family to please assist me in this journey by giving me their best:   (1)carpenter's number, (2) Iron benders number, (3) reasonable Sand dealers number, (4) Granite dealer number; (5) Iron sellers number. I need honest dealers. My location is in Ajah
