@ kalu, I just paid N350 per sq meter in Imo. |
fully signed in. waiting to embark on a six bedroom duplex project in Lekki/Ajah as soon as the rain stops. will love to apply the teachings of everyone in this and the former thread. I sincerely thank the originator of the thread and everyone. In addition, I pray and beg all to please keep the thread focused and abuse free. |
@jerryben12, 10-15hrs none stop. However, for me it last me 2-3days as am nver at home all the time |
@blank, its only for the inverter. you don't need to build anything for your battrey bank. All you need to do is buy your battries and have someone install for you. call 08034916974 ask to speak to Obinna and take it from there. I Cant find their office phone number but their website is www.ucgsolar.com you can get more info from there. They delivered mine in one day |
@jerryben12; My guy, very simple, a 3kva inverter is enough to carry what you have described. I use a 3kva inverter produced by UCGsolar, its an American company with an office in Nigeria. I bought mine for N40k direct from their office. they have distributors at Lekki and Alaba market but it will cost you more if you go through this guys. call their office and they will send your product to you anywhere in Nigeria. If you need their number I will send it to you. mine has an automatic 5sec change over |
@diordaves, is your project in Lagos and did you do a raft foundation at that price? I am only asking to enable me compare quotes that I have been given for the foundation of a six bedroom duplex. |
@ am alone, how much do you think that your architect will charge to design a 6 bedroom duplex with your cutter roof style? Also, if I may, kindly give me his number or you can email it to me at lamecci@yahoo.com |
@ alone, good job- I like your taste. However, please make sure that your roof is supported by a very good entrance door. otherwise, a low level door will drown the look of your house. @spider, you give me a lot of energy. Can not thank you guys enough!!! |
@ am alone, I love the work done b4 your roofing-what is your carpenters information and the iron benders info? |
thanks 9jaman I got it today from him. however, his estimate for foundation alone is over N5mil-that's the highest that i have ever gotten. I no go fit use the bobo but I thank you well, well shao!!. |
@9jaman, I don call ur guy and even sent him my building plan via email and still he has not responded |
brabus, If you are looking to installed anything solar at your house; try www.ucgsolar.com. My mums house uses inverters and solar panels that we bought from them at a reasonable price. They are a US company with a branch/outlet in Nigeria. |
thanks, I go do so. |
9jaman, u never still answer me, o |
@ battleaxe, and any other professional your brake down and calculations just shed some light on how things work. If I may ask, are you in the Lagos area? I would like to get in touch with you as I am thinking of embarking on a similar project in Lekki-Ajah, Lagos. The difference between that of "larimo" is that instead of a twin duplex, mine is a 5 bedroom duplex and 2 flats-all connected (one flat at the top and one at the bottom) each flat has 3 bedrooms. I would like a quote for just the raft foundation. let me add that i would also appreciate in put from any other professional. Please let me have your estimated quote and contact. |
good job brabus and all contributors |
Brabus, nice work!!! But if I may ask, was your foundation raft or just blocks? |
Very educational guys!!! I thank everyone for their contribution-am getting ready to embark on a building project in lekki. Pls keep the informations coming and add more pictures if you can; it really helps |
