Your Problems-

1) You tried to combine church activities with learning at your early stage in university- You shouldn't have been a coordinator in 100 level knowing fully well that you are an average student. Am a christian as well, and I give God his time while I was in school. So you spoilt ruined everything by taking becoming the 100 Coordinator.

2) You were seating on the fence- An NYSC student told you to pay when you had an absent case but you refused and you started praying because you are a christian. You should have payed then so your real scores will be replaced, but you did not and after a while you started paying for RUNS again so you see that you don't even know where you belong maybe to God or to Man.

3) You changed your department which means you don't know what you are doing. You believe there's somewhere much more easier in the University that a big NO.

4) You have wasted a good part of you life, claiming to be serving God, well read the solutions below

1) Inform your father about everything, Because Oro tani ki Baba magbo baba loma pari e.

2) Get the list of courses you have left, register them and Face your studies. Don't plan to pay any1 READ!!!

3) Keep begging God because you want to implicate him.

4) Am sure you won't have good CGPA maybe you are on 3rd class or pass so start begging your dad to hook you up in Road safety so you can still get a federal job with you result

You can get the soap at major Supermarkets/stores at Osun & Oyo, that's where som1 do help me get it, so it should be @ Lagos too. Its a Ghanian soap & you can also get it online(ebay). thanks. You have a good regime going on and i am glad you are seeing result. My one kobo advise is detoxify! Very good for the body. It helps to clear toxins from the body and enables better results. U can use avocado, cucumber and cabbage for that. Eat atleast 3trice a week. Then if u want to avoid sugar completely, dont drink beer or any processed fruit juice. A pint of beer has 7 grams of calory which comprises mostly of sugar. It is also full of harmful toxins which is very bad for the body and it can inhibit the effect of exercise, food and tea. Any success u get is usually minimal and won't last long. Also drink plenty of water especially before meal and eat less salt. Drink ur black tea twice a day and usually with ur meals.

Concerning removing toxins, I do take cucumber everyday last year during my nysc, and that's because it was so cheap in the state back then(kano) 1 can get 3 big cucumbers for just 50naira, but here in the south-west you hardly see it and its costly so the alternative now is eating dry moringa leaf, which I don't need to buy it sef. Concerning beer lol, I don't even taste it @ all, only few wines. The only challenge of the whole process is to be consistent, (especially the exercise) and urge to take sugary drinks. It is not easy to measure the level of your blood yourself without any laboratory test. I will give you 3 simple tips that can help you.

1, Go for a plasma volume test or a (red cell mass test) its a nuclear lab procedure used to measure the volume (amount) of blood in the body.
2, Walk into any hospital that people donate blood or sell their blood, talk to the attendants to test you if you have enough blood to donate, those people have quick things to detect how much blood volume you have. (Though you will later decline giving your blood after he/she tells you how far. RUN)
3, This method requires no stress. Its measure your blood by how long you can stand. When you wake up in the morning and you have not taken any meal try standing for straight 2 hours without resting on anything. If you can do it completely then I guess you have much blood, but if you fall or quit due to dizziness then its below normal. (NOTE. Am a computer scientist but I do have little idea about health issues)

hi, drinking tea without milk and sugar will enable u get the best results. Its not that easy taking the tea without MILK so I add little quantity, but for SUGAR I don't even take that at all for now(since 3 months ago). I also have four simple rules for the tummy reduction and am seeing great difference. They include
1, I take my dinner latest by 6pm.
2, Avoid sugar totally(hmmm not easy sha)
3, I do exercise. (Sit ups, push ups and Plank)
4, I do take lot of water, starting with 1 cup by 6am.

An Average nigerian won't see a specialist for check up or treatment for such complain. I think she is aware that a gynae is the best for her before she came here for help. She can give the post a trial, its more economical and easy to go about, then if it fails, she should see her doctor. But I know d combination works.

1, You need to start applying and submitting ur CV to Firms 3 months to when ur service year will be over and also give ur CV to people who can help u because that's d best way to get a job here in Nigeria

2, U need to Pray To God.

3, U won't like this sha but I have to add it. If u don't get a job months after ur NYSC. Please don't do anything funny. U may not understand that but av it in mind too that u may not get a job as fast as P .
