the questions iam asking myself are these: 1. Is the minority leader chosen by nomination or by election? 2. If it is by election are the pdp members allowed to vote? If the second answer is yes then nothing illegal has been done. However the onus lies on the elected minority leader to step down for the preferred candidate of his party caucus. That's if he claims to be a loyal APC member.
