how many of them will swing into action? Who 'is' they? Is government one or two people? There are many many ministeries and heads of paralstatas,infact over a hundred. CBN, nnpc, finance ministry, security organizations, efcc, etc, everyone is doing their job. So who is the 'them' you are talking about?

Sentiments aside, 90% of people just sit down in their homes and pass a guilty verdict on the herdsmen. Yes there are stories about herdsmen allowing their cattle to trample upon farmlands and there are stories about herdsmen killing villagers but there are also stories about villagers hijacking cattle and killing them for meat and also villagers killing herdsmen over arguments. At the risk of sounding very very politically incorrect, I would say that much of the crimes committed against herdsmen go unreported and unpublicized while much of those committed by the herdsmen get publicized. Nevertheless the security guys must be more proactive to stop the killing of anybody. Anyone who kills in the name of herdsmen, farmers crisis should be hanged.

The only sad part of the video is that not many terrorists were killed there. I wish they were up to 500 bastarrrds, or should I say ex bastarrds lying there on the ground. Much success to our troops.

Well as for me i went to church, closed by 8pm came home relaxed wit my family nd by 12am we all prayed as a family....this cross over craze pioneered by nigerian Pentecostal churches isnt rooted in the bible...unfortunately it's a culture dat the modern nigerian christian has embraced. ....happy new year folks

lol. Another is 'cross over'. What are you crossing over? Abi na bottomless pit? Personally I do think its very good to attend a late service on 31st and an early service on 1st. Where I have an issue is when christians become fanatical about being in church at that 12midnight point. Its very good as well but don't look at it as a ritual and then call it cross over.

Somehow I just don't like that phrase 'cross over night'. It sounds weird to me. Its cool to go for mass or church service and stay till 12:01am on January 1st, but just don't call it cross over or whatever. For me every night of my life is a cross over night. I attend mass 7pm to 10pm on dec 31st and then 8am to 10am on January 1st. Very okay with me.
