deji17: Inside Nigeria’s first smartphone assembly plant
The fact that AfriOne range of smartphones are said to be the “first Nigerian-made smartphones”, is true to a certain extent. The assembly plant located along the Oshodi Expressway of Lagos state assembles smartphones and other devices from imported components.
The AfriOne assembly plant was launched with the Champion and Gravity range of smartphones but will produce more consumer devices and accessories. But i thought imose is a nigerian phone |

wizzywisdom: Did u notice that the A50 for African market don't have NFC? I went into store after store searching for one that has, unfortunately none has May be they noticed we rearly use it,we prefare xender and bluetooth. But the price would have been much higher if it came with nfc, the price of phones for africa (most especially naija) is cheaper because of the absence of certain hardware and software features |

boma4success: Please come to my aid, I bought my home theater(with 2yrs warranty) somewhere around Rukpokwu in Port Harcourt in Dec, 2017. But since the beginning of 2019 I have not been able to use the item because it just won't ON anytime I tried to put it ON. I have gone to the sales office and complained but to my greatest surprise it worked quite well when I got there. But anytime I take it home and plug it, it won't just work at all. I have taken the item to their office in not less than 3 different occasions but I kept experiencing the same problem. The sales attendants had to follow me to my house recently to check if the problem is actually from my power source but surprisingly again the machine worked well immediately they plugged it. It looked to them as if I'm lying or something, I tried to ON and OFF the machine many times and it kept on working fine until they left. I switched OFF my power generator and they went their way. To my greatest surprise again, later in the evening when I tried putting it ON, it refused to work ooooo. I just don't understand what is going on. Please advice or come to my aid. I'll be looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks in anticipation Is your electricity full (220/240 volts) if not, try stabilizer |

kingxsamz: Please help a brother out... I'm thinking of buying the Infinix S4 because Infinix products are the best in Africa and in various countries in the world, but my other mind is telling me to go for s10+... But I don't think the S10+ is better than Infinix S4... The S4 has more space, better performance, bigger battery and better screen. The s4 outsmarts it in every aspect. My friend uses the s10+ and is about to swap it for Infinix s4. So please help me out guys. Which should I go for? No insults please. This guy is total abnormal, see the two rubbish u posted; Infinix is the best in Africa and varoius countries S4 has more space and better performance, bigger screen.... than s10+ U r a confused rubbish |

Djdannyb4u: GSM arena stated it dat RN7 global version has band 28 Another thing i dont like with xiaomi and some brands is this multi version/variant thing, this one is global, that one is Chinese etc. When Samsung says a brand is for Nigeria a major difference is the absence of certain system apps and processes that are not needed here, even when i was using sony xperia, same was the case |

Djdannyb4u: This is the simple truth. Since I set my Samsung Galaxy A30 to 3G on the glo sim, I have not been experiencing dat hotness on the back of the phone even when I'm playing Asphalt 9. My Airtel and 9mobile 4G sim are a breeze wen browsing and downloading. I have lots of shared data on glo dat's Y I use it a lot and thereby mostly get 6 hours SOT. I really don't like it but because of free data I can put up with it. Put every factor into consideration when buying ur phone, simple.! Wen I wanted to buy a new phone, I tot hard about the Samsung Galaxy A30 and the RN7. The RN7 has the band 28 but what set me off was the hybrid sim. I already have a Nokia X5 which is a hybrid sim phone, which I'm not so pleased about. Y will I still want another hybrid sim phone. The Nokia X5 is a really good phone except for the poor quality night pictures. So please Xiaomi pipo should leave Samsung thread alone & face theirs. 1 love. Happy Sunday Good one chairman, even me, what turned me off rn7 was the hybrid slot, its not a nigerian thing because majority of us ( over 90%) use 2 sim cards and keep media in sd cards. Am enjoying my a30 and there is no issue at all, battery management is what every user has to learn because its subject to different usage types... overall performance varies because we use phones differently |
