Health Benefits of Tomatoes
Although tomatoes are frequently used in sauces and other types of cooked foods, the nutrients and compounds in the raw fruit can positively affect your health in many ways.

Raw tomatoes are often found in salads or blended into smoothies or juices.
Many of the nutrients, antioxidants and other beneficial compounds in raw tomatoes may prevent or help treat a wide range of health issues. The health benefits of tomatoes include:

1) Helping to alleviate menopausal symptoms.

2) Helping to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Diets rich in tomatoes have been shown to reduce "bad" cholesterol, which in turn improves the health of your arteries and heart.

3) Increasing your production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter known for helping to regulate your mood, pain management and digestion.

A 2016 study in the Journal of Food Bioscience assessed 38 different fruits and vegetables and found that the highest levels of serotonin were found in cherry tomatoes.

4) Improving the health of your skinand reducing your risk of developing a sunburn.

5) Promoting weight loss. Regular consumption of tomatoes has been associated with reduced waist circumference, body weight and body fat. The serotonin in tomatoes also can impact your gastrointestinal motility, which impacts digestion and weight loss.

6) Reducing the risk of cancer, particularly breast and prostate cancer.

7) Reducing inflammation. The antioxidants in tomatoes can also help to improve the functioning of your immune system.

Any solution

Look for .nomedia file in any of the folders, copy it and paste it in the dcim folder, it won't show in photos

An outdoor antenna or dish is connected to it, you plug in your rf to it then to your tv instead of rolling rf cables through the ceiling, this has been done for you

The people buying tgis phone should demand for andriod 9 o

This is good news for xiaomi users as some of their phones will get Android 9 (pie)

Xiaomi is known for taking care of its smartphones and pushing software updates to all kinds of devices. Latest info from MIUI forums revealed ten phones will get the Android Pie OS, with Global Beta for two of them coming before the end of March. Five more will get in by June, while three phones have no timeline, but their updates are also in the pipeline.

Phone Planned Public Beta launch
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Q2 2019
Xiaomi Mi 6 Q2 2019
Xiaomi Redmi 6A Q2 2019
Xiaomi Redmi 6 Q2 2019
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 Q2 2019
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Q1 2019
Xiaomi Redmi S2/Y2 Q1 2019
Xiaomi Mi 9 Explorer Still in development
Xiaomi Mi 6X Still in development
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Still in development

Luckily for all Xiaomi owners, the list is applicable for devices both on the MIUI China ROM and the MIUI Global ROM. Once the Beta is ready for public testing, the company is expected to announce it on its forums and in its app.

An administrator of the discussion board clarified that the list is not complete - once the maker decides that another phone already running Oreo is ready for the switch, will update the official post.
We’ve already tried Android Pie on a Xiaomi smartphone when we did our Mi 9 review. The OS will bring features such as Picture-in-Picture mode, API for passwords, volume sliders, notification shade, etc. Xiaomi usually does not link user interface updates with the OS package, so you might be getting Pie even if the phone is still with an older MIUI.
