A beautiful speech by Sundar Pichai; an IIT-MIT Alumnus, now Google boss. "The cockroach management theory for self development" At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady. She started screaming out of fear. With a panic stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach. Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky. The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away, but it landed on another lady in the group. Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama. The waiter rushed forward to their rescue. In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter. The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt. When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant. Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts, and started wondering; was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behavior? If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed? He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos. *_It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach, that disturbed the ladies._* *I realized that, it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.* *It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.* *More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.* Lessons learnt from the story: *I understood, I should not react in life.* *I should always respond* The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded. *Reactions are always instinctive, whereas responses are always well thought of.* A beautiful way to understand LIFE. *A Person who is HAPPY is happy not because Everything is RIGHT in his Life...* *He is HAPPY because his Attitude towards Everything in his Life is Right!* *RESPOND TO ISSUES DON'T REACT, and keep winning....*

Sitting on the veranda after today job, I noticed a flying object with no sound, in higher altitude compared to the plane that hovers my area almost every day with sounds and in low altitude. What could that be? I was able to detect this object due to its light which visibly shows something is really moving. It's a pity I couldn't capture images or motion pictures which lasted for a few seconds before it became invisible due farther distance. Imagine how many of such are flying during the day. I was able to detect this in the late evening with it visible tiny light. I suspect it's a drone and I hope authorities are aware of an unknown flying object such as this. Imagine, how safe is our airspace? |
The headline is not delivering. It' didn’t appear as quoted Proof the game. |
Dear PMB, Come May 29 2019,... Give them back their corruption, Give them back their terrorism, Give them back their incarcerated thieving military Generals (Badeh et al), Give them back their Tompolos, Give them back their Dokubos, Give them back their Shekaus and his videos, Give them back their ghost workers, Discontinue the TSA, Make mere stealing NOT corruption, Give them back their senseless bombings and go home to Daura to rest. Let's see how an MMM economic model will work for the nation of 'ungrateful nigerians' - where everyone is an expert and every crooked person is a Messiah. This isn't a campaign piece, but a home truth about who we're. Give us back our docile military at the mercy of insurgents. Return us our state of mockery in the commity of nation. Reopen the boarder to all sorts of importations including firewood and ebola. Give us back Customs that remit national income into private pockets. Give them back their JAMB that remits per Year N3m against your N8b. Give them back their fixed and rigged elections as against your relatively free and fare elections. Let subsidy scam return and take over. Make FG perpetually indebted to oil marketers in the name of subsidy. Let ministers tax millions of unemployed youths for job they wont get like immigration as against your 200000 employment that no one paid a kobo for. Free the corrupt judges and let justice remain for the highest bidders. IS *THIS WHAT NIGERIANS WANT * |
Too bad, insecure, pessimistic element bringing tribalism to this image. Incredible ! Are these the Nigerians that walks the it surface and have interacted with? We must change our mentality, let’s embrace love and truth all else, it's clear. We all will suffer the consequences and our generations unborn might never forgive us but curse. |

There was a country is very good as an history book for Nigeria but not indepth to cover every regions of the country. It focus more on South-east. I love the way writing and stories flow together. For a first reader, Imagine the book from the author's life and it seems highly original. |
Your account is under-review and you need to be patience. There is no need to create another one. I'll advise you shutdown the 2nd account. Besides, is your blog built on wordpress or blogger? Have you filled a form that requires your home or postal address because you'll send a letter that contain a PIN to activate a payment account? If wordpress, you might have to patience till you copy and paste in your ad account to your blog header home-page. AdSense takes time, and it's in process. 1st review and 2nd review which takes more time than the 1st and finally, the final approval where the ad units will active. |
Yes and it's uncountable. I love consuming the ink of my pen to it last drop. I cherish it a lot. I don't know if there are many people like me who are pen freak. It has become an habit and lifestyle. Whenever I buy, I must finish it. If I lend you my pen for e.g. In the banking hall, my heart will be at my pen. I rarely lost a pen or forget to collect it back from someone I borrow. I cherish using pen to the extent that, I still enjoy writing with it rather than typing straight. Though, it might seems stupid and cumbersome, writing and typing afterwards but I so much enjoy it that way. |

True, not every guy is social and it's relative. You can encourage him, tip him on it benefits and networking. As for him being broke and not being caring by not doing anything for you. That's bad attitude and you've discuss it with him. Simple dialogue could help in improving your relationship. Nevertheless, the whole act seems 1-sided but I've to accept. |
The North has a problem with their socio-culture. Why must you kill a fellow being in the name of religion. The Prophet himself, while he was alive and preaching Islam, people use to stone him and commit all sort of atrocity and evil. what did he do? What was his practice & teaching? He never attacks back. No matter the circumstances that led to the insult, it shouldn't warrant anger to the extent of causing violence. In fact, I learnt that it's even sinful or not advisable to be arguing unnecessarily about religion. We've better things to deal with in our nation and life. With all sincerity, your elders have failed you. What the young are doing, is believe to be propagated by their elders. For your better tomorrow, the elders have to accept responsibility for all these socio-malice. Educate your youngs one about the true culture of Islam. And before you can educate, you've to humble yourself and be patience to seek knowledge. Islam is truly a peaceful religion, only if people adopt it the true lifestyle. But what we've in Nigeria, is still our traditional culture with a disguise with Islam or Christianity. Nigeria has great work to do especially the North about the socio-cultural lifestyle because, it negative impacts are what we're feeling today. Nobody will come to that Zamfara and live a life there because the society is not welcoming. And if you feel, you can achieve development all alone, then that's the beginning of your ignoramus and disaster. Some are destined for no development, they don't even seek development and they will always remain backward. |
Goddex:Completed by GEJ govt and he didn't commission his work. We'll know the liar |
Why won't you guys feel some sense of peace that doesn't pass through challenges. Satan is on his mission and he will depicts things bad as good or peaceful without no challenge and processes. That's cheap. I guess you know what holy people are going through. An instance are religious leaders and organisation. |
