1. I have gotten Visa for applicants that submitted just Deed of assignments and survey plans, so Yes.

2. Yea.. If he has Intl Passport, then that will be an added advantage.

3. Degree certificate should be enough, you are applying for Visa and not Admission..

But if you have the transcript, then there is no harm in submitting both..

Please what of Deed of Assignment alone. I have 2 landed properties. I bought one from someone who had C of O in his name. I have not perfected it as i only have the deed conyeying transfer to me . The other is just a land with deed of assignment.

Must it have a survey for it to be acceptable as ties? Please urgent response will be highly appreciated.

It doesn't matter if you fund your GIC from USA, UK or even Pluto. What matters is that the account from which the GIC is funded bears your name. Otherwise, CIBC or any other bank you're using will reject it.

Therein lies the problem...it's not going to be funded from my account because i dont own an account in the US, but from my sister's account in the US. I built the funds from folks that needed naira in naija at sub rates.

Does it then mean I must have the funds sent to Nigeria so it can be funded from my account?

Please is it okay if my GIC is funded from the United States. I am self sponsored using just accounts in Nigeria. However i have funds with my folks in the United States which i want to use to get 10k in GIC. My worry is that the debit wont reflect on my Bank Statements that im submiting. Pls would it be an issue?

You should be fine. I had a similar case( sold a property). I paid my first-year tuition + 10k GIC. Just show documents to back up your claims that you sold a property.

You don't need to defer your admission or delay your application in as much as you tidy up your application the right way.

Lump sum is not a problem if you have reasonable explanation for it
