You were most likely charged for the excess over limit in line with the recently aborted cashless policy. Good news however is that the policy has been suspended so your money should be refunded in no time. If not...threaten to extend your complaint to the CPC at CBN.

These tips rarely work, believe me... to get ahead u need to establish a 'connection' with d interviewers + the chaperone (handlers) too.(if u paddy paddy the person well u could even exchange numbers)

I.e the interviewer should 'remember' you, this is achieved by being relaxed yet professional not rigid like someone holding poop

Example: I met someone & while gisting about an interview we had with a particular top 4 nigerian bank (at different periods) he exclaimed chaii that woman tough o, and I was like she's alright... we shared laughs and even talked family...he was stunned cos he didn't cross over n complained she kept hammering him tough Q's.

when leaving I always say 'thank you ma, thank you sir, enjoy the rest of your day / have a good day.

I also try to add some comedy when answering Q's, not straight forward q's so as to break the ice... trust me if u can get ur panel members laughing Ehn!

They'll even forget about the tough Q's or pardon any mistakes u make u make when answering.

in interviews you need one of or both these two things:
1- high intellect or 2- loving personality

Why? Cos interviews are all subjective.

It can be done but here are the steps, you have to go the police station and report a case of Obtaining under false pretence (OBT), detailing how everything happened to prove it was actually a fraud.

The police would generate a report and get a court fiat to freeze the beneficiary's account. With that, the beneficiary would have to come to the police and state his/her own side of the OBT allegation.

This is the only way to get your money back .

NB. This process involves money, so it would be needless if the amount is insignificant.

There's no explanation for sleeping on the floor or sofa. A comfortable accommodation for you will be one that affords you and wifey a room to yourselves.

1) In view of the accommodation issue, My Cousin in the UK booked hotel reservation (£650) and wants us to share 50:50 says he will write the embassy and send his pay slips insisting he wants to share part of the cost since i insist i cant stay in his one bed flat with madam

2) I have series of lump sums in my account lately though naratted as investments and i intend liquidating an investment of 1.4M before printing my statements. Hope it wont amount to 'lodgement'. My balance will just be 1.9M afterwards. (i'm earn 420k monthly) and i hope to spend only £2,200 only Oanda Conv is 860K as at date.

3)my proposed travel time is April 2017. Hope its not too far?

4) Please any advise on how to make visa payments in view of card restrictions.

Bro there is no way one bedroom flat will be suitable for you and your wife, himself, his wife and two kids. Even if the room and the sitting room are the size of warehouse.

Look for alternative accommodation or hotel atlase for privacy seek

He just told me now that he stays alone in the one bedroom flat and that his wife and 2 kids stay in another apartment, but cant get the paper work for that now.

The one bed room flat is in his name alone and he says I should apply and state that he stays there alone and he will state that on the letter as well. Please if you think it's still not good enough...I'll rest it and make alternative arrangement.

I was considering his one bedroom flat because of my account balance which is not too bogus and since there's a history of him sending me invite before.

Another option i can consider is to have my wife's elder brother who's also resident in London and married to a British Citizen (Though he is not yet a citizen) to send us invitation. They stay in a four bedroom flat in London with 3 kids.

What do you think sir? Sorry for the too many questions.

He advised I should apply for 2 years Visa since i had visited him before in March 2011, while my wife can do 6 months. I don't know if they wont consider that too long ago for renewal.

He's a british citizen but i think he stays in a one bed apartment. He has a wife and 2 kids. However, he believes accommodation is ok even though i am applying with my wife. Wont they have issues with that?

I intend travelling to the UK with my wife in March/April next year and wish to apply for Visa in November to allow for the mandatory 3 months lapse.

My Cousin is accomodating us in Southy. He accommodated and sponsored my trip in 2011 when i visited him and stayed about a month in the UK. I was single then. I had earlier been denied the visa but appealed and won before travelling then.

I currently earn 418K monthly and been working for 9 years. My wife is a medical practitioner and earns 130K monthly and have been working for a year now. she has no travel history.

I intend sponsoring the trip but here's the confusion.

I recently got a transfer of N500k into my account being refund of money owed me. I have an investment of N1.4M running which i want to liquidate prematurely so that the balance will reflect in my account balance. I will therefore be having about 1.9M when i print from April till date.

we have 2 kids below age 3 who are not travelling with us.

my budget for the 7-day trip is £2,200

Flight fare for 2: £1,100
Transportation: £400
Shopping: £700

Conversion on oanda puts that at about 860K.

please what are my chances and what do you advise i modify.
