Its normal for servers to sometimes have downtimes even if they claim a 100% uptime, not excluding nairahost.

But it all boils down to how misunderstandings are worked out at the end of the day.

I can personally say that nairahost host support system is efficient. Atleast all tickets i have raised have been duly and promptly responded to.

what does it matter the number of songs one has on his pc

well on mine i got a little over 6000. and im sure my library is a rare collection better that those who claim they have over 16000+

yeah. you could go to major stores and not road side dealers or outlets.
Like for e.g you can go to the palms shopping mall, i very sure you'd get a good deal there.

in summary, go to places you can be sure to get a warranty or money back guaranty.
