I use to love threads showing development in the East, say, Anambra, Imo and Enugu. But now all I see is a melee between supposed brothers.

I followed the Imo thread and I noted the point where Abagworo mentioned the names of Peter Obi, Wike, etc. Though his intent was to explain a scenario by drawing inferences from these men, he was brutally attacked by NLanders with affiliations from a sister's state. Though this melee outdated the remark he made, but there is a clear indication that Rochas is the target, owing to his political affiliation, which could be taken by many Easterners as not being a pro-Igbo political party. This conception has led to numerous attacks on anything he does, good or bad, which has worsen to the level where some people take the whole inhabitants of the state and classify them as 'cursed people'. The few people Notorious for these attacks disguised to be from Anambra. To be candid, negative picture uploads on threads related to Imo and Rochas were started by e-warriors from Anam camp- Abagworo, who seems to have a slim followership from Imo, recently upgrade from verbal to pictorial attacks on threads linked to Anambra.

In all, the heated confrontations between opposing camps have only derailed and waned the significances of these threads- thank God same has not been done on Enugu's. I admonish both camps to work together by projecting the good image of the SE region. Use the media wisely to draw the attention of relevant stakeholders, and not an arena to display superiority.

But Abagworo, if you are close to Rochas, tell him he needs to sit up. Your state has the potentials( if not the best intellects) but it is brain-drained beacuse these chaps look outside their home state.
