Lol. Am I the president? if he needs advise he should ask for it or better still outrightly resign and give way to those with sound feasible ideas...

I will break it down for you there is something called a number scale it has 0 at the middle and moves conventionally in a positive and negative direction to infinity. Any positive move in this context is "PROGRESS" 2 is "better" than 1 and so on

If we import 1000 littres of petrol a day and we move to a situation where we import the crude oil that is used to produce 1000 litres of petrol then that is progress.Whether or not we produce crude oil is an extraneous and irrelevant factor to this particular analysis. What is relevant is the two specific scenarios of importing 1000 Litres of petrol to refining those 1000Litres at home. This is not quantum physics but a very low level analysis
You do not win arguments by clamorous canine vocalizations, snarling and grunting your meaningless verbigerations rather by the soundness of your analysis of which you have nothing to offer

I don't blame you for your dumbness as you lack the noesis to encompass canonical economics. That you are able to produce crude oil is and will always be a qualitative and quantifying factor that can't be written off by inherited stack daftness. This also proves that you have no cognition of what you are vituperating.

Now fk off my mentions and possibly get lost in a superfluous dumbness.

Yes it it progress because we bring back home the refining jobs and the refining company pays tax as well. You are obviously constrained by a meager vocabulary and an impoverished mind. You cannot give what you do not have

Lol!!! Go back to your SS1 ecoms...
Besides we know that the refinery will create employment, but my argument with you is that the crude oil to be refined can't be imported since Nigeria is an oil exporter. Why do you term it progress for Nigeria to import crude oil? I'm not against Nigeria having a refinery already we've got four or five of them.
Don't digress yet grin explain your self let's see the dumbness you're made of cheesy

You are an empty barrel.........

Lol... Guy just know within you that you always sound dumb and the more you try to explain your dumbness the more dumb you look.

Don't digress yet. I need to see more of your dumb exhibitions...
So Nigeria importing crude oil products and migrating to import crude oil itself is progress? cheesy

You have nothing to offer but vacuous vituperation.
Currently Nigeria imports refined crude oil products so if we move to importing crude oil and refining it to meet out needs that would be progress by any kind of logic. It may not be a perfect solution but it is PROGRESS. Compared to where we are now that is equivalent to importing all those refining jobs currently domiciled in foreign refineries. Ultimately that is decision for the owners of the refinery who are businessmen
Somebody should give this guy a medal for his profounded dumbness...
Your lameness stinks to high heavens..

So in your head, Nigeria importing crude oil and also importing refined products are all progress... Lol guy, are you this daft? You go school at all? Why you dey embarrass yourself like this ni? cheesy

And for your own information digest, Nigeria is not importing crude oil of any sort at the moment as you want me to believe, what they import is refined oil products. Very important.

Gawd!!!

People vote who they are told is good for them. I can clean a dirty man and give you a thousand and one reason why this man can be a pastor. A logical man like you will want to think towards my logical reasoning because I will make it logical for you. That was how they fine tuned the man in power today.

Man in the real sense isn't free, once in awhile he is told what to do and some times he wants to be told what to do. This is what campaigners do, they tell you what to do.

Now to our own scenario, we can push ppl from different senatorial district who believes in our dream and wash him well for people to believe he is the Messiah. People will forget his sins immediately. Humans have forgiving spirit, do they will follow the person. Its matter of us winning the minds of the people, the other things can be fixed.

See bro, this thing is not new to us. As for buhari's case, it is very glaring to the eyes that buhari is a failure, many saw through his folly, infact, about 12 million voters saw through his folly and didn't vote for him.

Igbos are highly educated and most have reputable achievements accorded to their persons. Left for me I would say there is no guarantee of any sort that after all the repackaging, rebranding and brandishing of your proposed candidate that the people will vote for him and get him elected (how much you get). Like I said before, people vote who they dim fit (those who can convince them enough to make an impact ).

Bro if you have any other point concerning this please endeavor to share as this one you've said here is not alien to us. We are practicing it already maybe in a wrong way but is not new. And If it is in a wrong way, which one is right?

Actually it is refineries that buy oil in these countries and refineries are businesses. As we speak today Shoprite imports plantain from Ghana. If Dangote decides to buy crude oil from Angola or Iran that would be a business decision for him.
It is easy for any goat in the goat market to shout "dumb dumb" but it is a poor substitute for an argument. The truth is you are ignorant, you lack knowledge and are empty of sense but full of conceit and arrogance, in short, a raucous empty barrel

And you cannot spell ,your solecisms are embarrassing.
Like I said you are too slow and dumb for my liking...
Go and read about importation.
Maybe then you will understand how is a bad idea for Nigeria to allow such kind of business to fester at the moment or near future, which will not only hamper the growth of the economy but will further suppress it into deeper recession.
No sensible president of Nigeria will allow such stupidity. Get that into your numbskull.

Meanwhile i know You are dumb and slow and a very big one for that matter , and stop deceiving your self into thinking that you are smart BC is obvious that you are very very far from it.

Here you are calling someone dumb. When the real problem is that you lack knowledge

Russia,Canada, Brazil ,Iran ,Mexico and Norway all import crude oil for different reasons. The fact that a country is a net exporter does not mean it cannot import or vice versa.

FYI the US which is a net importer exports to SEVERAL countries.

Inform and educate yourself before you go around calling people "DUMB" you only end up exposing your ignorance

You are very very dumb... gawd
You said those countries have reasons right?
What reason does Nigeria have to import oil that they export.?
How can you cushion the effect it will have in the economy.

Just look at the countries you listed and compare it to Nigeria that is already in recession and dare need of forex.

Guy, Is either you are dumb or you are brainless.

Nigeria is a third world country the least of least. go back to school ASAP!!!

I bet you, we have no chance at the presidency in 2019. Do not jump the gun. Let's keep off from national politics and face the real issue. There are better ways of getting what you want without fighting for the top position in the country. You all should understand that these northerners are still under the euphoria of being on top and there are not looking like people who will jeopardize this opportunity, so don't think the news you hear about his incompetence will bring him down in 2019, it will not work.

Let's fine tune our regional politics. Test run our capacity by voting our own person with our own interest in the senate and the house, then try it with the governor and local govt. when you see that your motives are yielding fruits, then u can gun for the top.

Politics isn't simple like you see it, it takes so much to defeat these guys.
What do you mean by " Let's fine tune our regional politics'' BC seriously people vote according to whom they dim fit. Buhari didn't impose them on us, we voted for them and got them elected. So please I will like to understand your point.

Politics is the language of Nigeria irrespective of tribe. Politics rules in all disciplines found in Nigeria space. Sometimes I wish to have a degree in political science but it isn't a must. When you follow the trend, you gonna fit in. Is quite bad that we Igbos are left with little option to make which to learn Nigeria politics is the most feasible.

1st of all I want Ndigbo to understand that South South is more of a political liability than asset to us hence political alliance will always be to our disadvantage. The beautiful bride of Nigerian politics is the North and whoever they support must win in any election because they are majority. The world powers made it so and it cannot be subverted until the West stops ruling the world.

IMHS I believe we don't even need political power right now because we are highly advantaged economically. Our major problem is lack of unity making it impossible for us to achieve our potentials. One of the biggest achievements in history of modern Igboland is the building of Imo Airport by the citizens decades ago. We have the capability to build railway networks transversing Southeast as well as 10 lane bridge across the Niger in less than 3 years but where is the unity and zeal? If we unite and achieve these little fit in 3 years I am sure that those Igbo speaking people denying their roots will be the ones retracing their roots.
Abagoro. First time you say something right and it fits my thought.
But why should Igbo forget politics and focus on economy.
We've gotten the economy and there is no room for procrastination.

Ignore the Afonja. their plan has failed

Personally I think the south east are in a position where they can produce the President in the 2019 election cos of 2 combined factors.

1. Buhari is failing woefully and Nigerians need someone who is business inclined naturally to manage Nigeria in a time of dwindling oil revenues. if we Igbo can sell ourselves as capable of handling Nigeria as a Mr

2. The south west are in need of a new political friend since their latest escapade with the North exploded in their faces. We can woe them to support us to spite the North and win back the loyalty of the south
I love your view but it still needs some refinement. Igbos has a better chance of clinching the presidency in 2019.
I will like all the Igbos to start thinking towards that angle. Venture on this campaign and give it a second thought. Ol
