Have they allocated the Rights already to CSCS accounts already? Else how are they already actively deploying the money?
essentialone:
International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI) recently bagged the prestigious Pension and Insurance category win at the 2026 Nigerian Risk Awards, gaining national acclaim for its corporate governance practices amidst an aggressive capital restructuring.

Massive Capital Floatation: IEI executed a major public offering, issuing 5.47 billion ordinary shares priced at ₦3.20 per share. The subscription window officially opened on 20 May and closed on 11 June 2026.

Deployment Plan: Net proceeds are being actively deployed to expand underlying underwriting capacity (80.1% / ₦14.02 billion) to secure high-value risk retention across Nigeria's energy, marine, and oil sectors.

Financial Pillar Safety: To reinforce investor confidence throughout the public offering, IEI raised its Statutory Deposit Balance with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to ₦1.50 billion.

Historic Deficit Eradication: Through strategic adjustments backed by its majority shareholder, Norrenberger Advisory Partners (holding a 75.26% stake), IEI successfully converted massive legacy liabilities. Total shareholders' funds engineered a historic turnaround, climbing from a negative deficit of (₦7.60 billion) up to a ₦9.24 billion surplus.

Q1 2026 Profitability: In its interim financial statements for the period ended 31 March 2026, IEI posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₦275.8 million.

Investment Portfolio Buffer: The company's core insurance revenue experienced a temporary 61% compression to ₦615.8 million during the quarter. However, a stellar ₦832.1 million investment return—driven primarily by real estate property appreciations—successfully rescued the bottom line.

Optimistic Q3 Projections: Management has released an official forward forecast projecting a strong Q3 2026 PAT of ₦1.15 billion as operational scale kicks in from the recapitalisation funds.

President Tinubu have identity issues not drug issues. He was not convicted in the US for drug running. You can not be convicted just for money that entered your account. You yourself must have had your bank account used by another person a few times and you can't be sure of the true origin of the funds.

How does this work? Is it like a stock you can buy and sell? What is the dividend yield?
Redoil:
Dear Investor,

Chapel Hill Denham is pleased to announce that the Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust (“NREIT” or “Fund”) Series 6 Issuance of up to N30.4 billion (‘The Offer”) under the N400 billion Shelf Programme is NOW OPEN

In line with its strategy, NREIT presents a differentiated investment opportunity to invest in Naira and earn periodic distributions in the currency in which income is earned. The proceeds from the Series 6 Offer will be used to acquire target assets in its pipeline that generate foreign currency rental income. Tenants in the target portfolios are blue chip corporate and international tenants that pay rentals in US Dollars, and NREIT distributes dividends to investors in the currency in which income is earned. The Fund’s return profile is characterized by regular income, income growth, capital growth and the impact of multiple capital raises to create scale and portfolio diversification, supporting the robustness of the quarterly distributions proposed by the Fund.

You can chat with the customer service in the app there.

Hello everyone, pls someone help me on how I can retrieve my earnings on stock investments from my portfolio on COWRYWISE. Some people say I should move the earnings from investment to stash then transfer from stash to account, but the truth is that no where on the Cowrywise app am using that allows me to do that.

Pls house, how can I solve this problem? I want to withdraw my earnings from my stock investments from Cowrywise.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by deathwing(m): 12:29pm On Jul 10
No, ask Cowrywise CS to be sure if the dividend will be collated in your wallet on the app, or if will be sent to the bank account you registered when opening the app. Note that some banks don't accept dividends (eg, Microfinance, Kuda etc), so that may be a complication
DataAnalyst2022:
So, I have to contact all the registrars that I have stock with to be asking them where are my.dividends

It's alright then..

Pay 1500 for N23 (1.25%) of dividend? Won't the buying and selling commission erode the dividend gain?
Oasisblue:
Looks like Aradel's rally was for dividends. Following yesterday's qualification deadline, the stock is trading lower today.

I bought 6300 unit of zenith bank @107.8 last week but my portfolio is showing 110. I used the remaining change to buy small JAPAULGOLD. So now I don’t really know if that quantity of JAPAULGOLD was added to my portfolio as I was not sure of the quantity I had before!! If zenith was at 110 there will be no change to buy JAPAULGOLD. I averaged up a lot so I am currently sitting on unrealized loss..but even I don't hope recovery is imminent. Make e just dry down for some time while I accumulate. What do I want to do with the money if it recovers? angry
lionshare:
Got MTNN at N700 now it back up N733 with more buyers than sellers. Hopefully recovery is imminent.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by deathwing(m): 12:04pm On Jun 30
I am betting it will still go back to 690 before close of market. I have set a bid.
yMcy56:
Bargainers increasing here and bids also increasing.....
* Though MTNN is still selling below yesterday's closing price......but selling pressures seems to be reducing.....
Let's hope it's not too early to make this conclusion...

Trades in ARADEL could be some coded accumulations from the look of things...

*Meanwhile, today is 30th June is the last trading day for H1 2026*
