I went to write exams for someone and I was caught. The person that I wrote the exams for was expelled but God saved me. The law of the school, is anybody caught in any form of malpractice must be expel. In that school it appears it’s better for u to caught in cult related activity than to be involved in any form of malpractice. How I survive that expulsion is still a miracle to me till date. I’m currently in the South East, and normally by late November we would have started feeling harmattan — cooler weather, dry air, dusty breeze, at least some signs.

But now, just a day to Christmas, everywhere is still hot. No harmattan breeze, no dryness, no dusty mornings. It honestly feels more like February or March than December.

This feels very unusual to me. In all my years on earth, I can’t remember a December like this.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing in their area?
Could this be climate change, or is this just one of those rare weather shifts?

There can still issue citation. which the court can now decide if you can pay fine. if you fail to pay the fine the court can empower them to cease your vehicle.
Given Nigerians attitude toward judicial compliance, they will still have the job of enforcing court judgement on the road. This judgement just confirm that they can not be the prosecutor, judge and jury on the road.
