The bail was appealed.... The appeal is still ongoing and has not been outrightly denied.... Dere4 the charge still stands..... And hence IMN leader remains in custody...until a case is completely dispensed in court, u can't say such a case has been concluded.... LLB 101..

So advising ppl not to go to school again will make it better....I'll ve u know that the human capital index is subject to a ton of criticism....it doesn't take brain drain or migration into consideration which is a common phenomenon in Nigeria....
