Good morning Gurus,

I bidded for treasury bills (91) at first bank but i dont seem to understand their problem as they keep saying it was not successful. The last one that was done on the 6th of April was not successful as well so i called them and i was told that their platform is bad (i know that its a lie.) Now the guy i spoke with at the treasury department is suggesting i go for the secondary market and the rate is between 5% and 7%. I want to know the downside of going for the secondary market or just wait for another bidding in two weeks time.
