folamingo: Merge with POF. You can do a LOE first on the front page listing the doc. That are attached to your POF in the order they are following. Make it easy for the VO to follow your app logically. |

ysmd: Yes you can and for IQAS you'll need more than your Degree cert- I think you'll include photocopy of your Intl passport and some generated forms sent to you by them once you've paid |

ysmd: For IQAS it's assessed as First Professional Degree. Try re-evaluate with IQAS. I think it's better that way. |

vcole: @vcole, thanks, I've actually read ur detailed explanation and ''twas helpful. I was only trying to double check on de transcript issue- forgive my being overtly careful. But if you don't mind indulging me a little more- please was it @ de court you notarized your doc coz on the list Judges are asked to notarize and in Nigeria, it's commissioner for oath that notarize for people. Hence my asking who notarized/certified your duplicate copies of forms & Degree for you. Thanks once again. |

emiye: Well, I've nicknamed my unknown previous examiner as 'bad belle' but then again it might ve been the heat in the country with the increased fuel price that has caused the meltdown of the person's brain. Because someone's ineptitude might ve caused me the timely use of my result if time was of the essence for the result. But in all, I'm grateful to God for the privilege to 'talk', another bad belle re-examiner & there will be no 'talk'. & imagine I've been stiffed scared of not getting a 0.5 review as it would ve been useless, 1 band - I would ve been joyous still. But a whole TWO - Great. |

emiye: Thanks a bunch. I'm so happy the prayers worked for both of us. I actually thought of you when I got my mail & planned on reaching out to you tomorrow. I'm still stunned with the review from a 6.0 to 8.0 & ultimately grateful to God. |

Here is to both share my testimony and also encourage someone that's indecisive. Like I've stated somewhere on earlier on the thread, I wrote my IELTS on the 4th of June with the following result L 8.5 R 8.5 W 6 S 7 I went for the result on the 20th of June & I didn't even bother to take it out refusing, rejecting and submitting for EOR, Long story short, 7weeks on, today I got my reply with the following result L 8.5 R 8.5 W 8 S 7. My speaking was not increased but I forgive them TWO (2) whole band review on my writing. So here's my big thanks to all those that shared link for IELTS prep way back. iphie28 (sorry if I miss the figure) et all, now I can boldly say THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOU 4 Likes |

temitope06: You can calculate your crs score here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp, and you have CLB 10 already in L& R which is great (extra mark), only that 6.5 is the issues. Btw, that '0.5' is no bastard. You need it to find it. 1 Like |

temitope06: Your result is great actually, but there's something greater that's having 7 instead of the 6.5 that little 0.5 mark may be costing you as much as 60/50 marks in your cars which may save you the hurdle of scouting for pnp depending on your age & qualifications. So say you're in your mid 30s or 40s and have only Bsc qualification then, you need not bother yourself with the EOR for 0.5. 1 Like |

emiye: Very similar indeed and I submitted it for EOR on the 20th too (I didn't bother taking it out at all) And yes, lisrening isn't something I want yo face again plus my 8.5 can't just go to waste. Keeping my fingers crossed and most importantly praying & trusting God for a more lenient examiner to handle my EOR. I will be praying for you too now for a favorable outcome for us. |

temitope06: But if it works out, you will have your 15k back plus you don't ve to go through the rigor of rewriting and aiming for a high score in all, all over again. I'm equally in your shoe, my results from 4th June was 8.5,8.5, 7, 6.5 - LRSW and I immediately returned it for EOR. I know it's a risk but since it's writing I choose to believe God & be optimistic. Btw that was my 3rd attempt with my last result being 6.5,7,7,7.5 - LRWS. So you and mind you the cash ain't even @ my disposal. So I understand your stance but I think the risk is worth it. I don't normally put me out there but just thought I might encourage you with this. So make your pick on what it shall be. |

[quote author=powermike9999 post=46105854]Thanks @debeams. What do u mean by FPD. Is dat a bachelors degree or masters equivalent in CIC assesment? First Professional Degree which equate Masters' Degree. 1 Like |

powermike9999: If you've read earlier post then you'd have seen that the question has been thrashed & treated- especially iphie25's posts. IQAS evaluates as FPD and you don't need Law School Transcript just ur LLB. 1 Like |

justicia: Yes, they don't evaluate as Professional degree - but the comment on LLB stipulated it is a first prof. degree in Nigeria and common law jurisdictions. |
