I think it will be nice if we can create our own Christmas party/fun here in Calgary this December....if we can get a handful of willing and fun-loving people, this will be a nice thing to consider....all work and no xmasparty#

Sounds like a good idea

Oh Debby! Pleaseeee.. We're not accepting this gist. Pls @ladymarshall and @Richness***, don't rate this yet because it's obviously getting nothing more than a 'band 2 or 3' from you guys. Give her more time, she'll come back and update with the figures. As for the details, that I can't vouch for. She's a lady of very few words. Lol

Congrats once again Deb. Always elated for you.
Wishing you speed in your quest for licensure.

[quote author=ShoeShineGuy post=80410238][color=#770077]Pls @pheebe hold 'our' hands.. You're not alone.. cheesy
Congrats to all the PPR clinchers. Your success stories keep me motivated. May the new land favour you all and your expectations never be cut short...
As I'm so elated, permit me to use this medium to announce the PPR, days ago, of a dear friend and colleague @debzyworld. VO has been Ottawa. AOR was Oct 1st 2018.

Hello everyone, to whom much is given, much is expected. I want to formally announce my PPR and also landing. It was indeed a roller coaster ride from my AOR in Oct1st 2018 to June 3rd 2019 when I got my PPR. Thanks to @ShoeShineGuy, my paddy
who helped me announce in absentia. Also my VO was the dreaded Accra which later turned out to be a blessing earlier this year when they started sending lots of people their long due PPR. I just want to encourage y'all to stand firm. The life here is worth every stress you are passing through right now from IELTS to certificate evaluation to POF to AOR to....everything.
You can absolutely do it, trust me! Landed in Alberta last month and I must say the culture difference is something else but as time goes on I've been adjusting somehow. Also landed a job at an international company some days back too. Nigerians here live like one family so you would feel absolutely welcome. I must add that moving to a place without family or even close friends hasn't been easy but if I can do it, you can also.
Finally, thanks to this nairaland group for all the immense help I got. When I tell people I did everything myself, they act shocked but without this group I would have made lots of mistakes and wasted money during the whole process. I've already moved to the other group..no time. Ciao y'all

If the mistakes were in your address history section, I think you should raise a CSE.

Okay thanks. In my Schedule A form I inputed the correct addresses. Does it matter?
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Debzyworld: 11:53am On May 23, 2019
Pls, I need advice. I realised I made a mistake in 2 of my addresses while filling my application form earlier pre AOR. I got ADR for schedule A in January and those mistakes were corrected but now it would seem like I have different addresses. Do I need to raise a CSE to explain these discrepancies? Btw, my file is in AVO and my AOR is Oct 1st 2018.

First of all, You should have included it.
But I don't think IRCC has access to information you used in obtaining admission from a school.
That being said, I still think you should raise a CSE. Better safe than sorry

Hi Ifeoma sorry to.jump on this thread but how can a CSE be raised?

Best bet - Print your 6months SOA
However, people have printed those transaction dates/pages only (especially if its 100%) and highlighted with a marker on the statement just to guide the analyst plus bank reference letter and LOE&Gift deed. But, I would advice u print SOA for 6 months if in your case its not 100%, so they see source of your other income that make up the POF.

Best wishes
Thanks alot for your response. The gift deed is 70% of the entire POF. I'll do as you said

Hi guys, a quick question. For proof of funds (gift deed) do I need to print out a 6montgs statement of account or just the transaction in question? Thanks for your speedy response

I don't really understand the question, but you are to provide a bank statement in the CIC format or 6 month statement if you can't get it in the CIC format. The gift deed and LOE is to explain the bulk sum receipt showing in your statement.

Thanks @joo2018 I meant won't they be requesting for the statement of account again after PR is gotten or at the airport (just to ensure you still have the funds).
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by Debzyworld: 8:28am On Sep 10, 2018
Hello guys, I've an enquiry to make as regards proof of funds. Is it okay to just have a bulk sum sent to your account as a gift (with affidavit and LOE) attached. Would another bank statement be required from you again?

You have a perfect score with the details you provided. You graciously sitting at 478

How much did you input when you were creating a profile and what is your family size

Yes, finally saw the error I made. In the section to full the amount I was taking to Canada, I mistakenly filled a lesser amount. Resolved it and I'm now in the pool.
Thanks alot

Good IELTS, 2yrs working experience in my primary NOC (6221), good age etc. Please has someone had this experience before and what was the solution? Plz make Una epp Una sister oo

Yes I believe you can combine different NOCs so far you have at least 1 year experience in one of them, which you clearly do. Please visit IRCC website for more information and ofcourse Page 1 of this thread

. thank you

Hello guys, I've read through(mostly) and noticed that the biometrics is a new development. I just got my ECA and want to enter the pool. How do I go about it? I've opened a GCkey Account but can't seem to go further.
