Someone should pls tell ize-iyamu that borrowing is not the problem but the purpose of the borrowing is what matters. The foreign loans were granted by the world bank which was tied to the rehabilitation of the two biggest gully erosion in the state ie the queen edeh gully and auchi gully. This has been explained so many times that world bank does not give loans in cash.
