I suggest CSI or IDx should be made a compulsory station and pass time view at our police stations. You go there, and you find those fortunate enough to have electricity watching telemundo and African magic. I am sure the facility to even take and zoom in on the CCTV pictures are lacking. We really are in trouble.

Most of them feel passing through training college and a few refresher courses is enough for personal development.

What a sad story sad

The top echelon of the force ride in best cars, nice offices, good pay, great incentives and compensation for the job the low ranking officers are doing. So pathetic.

With their big belle and croaky voice they sit in committees and get approval for incentives but they pocket it without giving those deserving. The police service commission is a shame.
