Dividing the nation between South and North peacefully, via a referendum is the best. We are two different people.

We have always been different, it was the British that brought us together. I fear the presidency is slow on this issue because of the religious affiliation, this is why a lot were afraid of muslim muslim ticket, I thought the president was higher than that...this is a litmus test for the president, he said he is secular minded and will respect the constitution of Nigeria which guarantees freedoms of speech, freedom of association between man and woman and man and man, freedom to express ourselves... telling citizens of the country that they can't sit in a bar because they are in Kano, is an infringement on the right that guarantees freedom for all Nigerians regardless of where they are, as long as they are not committing crime, they don't constitute a threat to life and property.

Telling people they can't meet in a bar because you hate it, is oppression and enslavement (man control of man). The society is not about you, it is about the laws of the federal republic of Nigeria, that guarantees these freedoms, protected and guaranteed by the UN charter of freedoms...this is another reason Trump is angry about the Nigerian situation...the Trump administration themselves explicitly mentioned sharia and blasphemy laws as laws used to prosecute non muslims which Christians are a large proportion of...we all can't be same, your beliefs is your personal private business, don't bring it to public life, nobody cares about your beliefs, don't disturb others with it.

There are hundreds of religions, if all religious adherents start asking for their religious laws, how will the nation be?

Any part of South should not allow itself in solidarity to self destruct with the North.

I expect southern Nigeria to unite, through southern governors forum, start a southern regional security outfit, to coordinate security across the regions highway and forests, southern governors should start state police, and finally the south should have a referendum to be a different region from the north, with its own laws, and passport.

Northern Nigeria keeps rehabilitating terrorists and worshipping them, while terrorists kill them.

Southern Nigeria must start it's regional border and highway force, and southern governors must start state police.

Southern political elects, are the weak link for the south, they seem scared of northern politicians.

When you release bokoharam, you are telling every terrorists that Nigeria is an easy target.
