UK has free healthcare across board so much that even visitors don't pay to give birth cos it is considered an emergency which everyone in UK is entitled to regardless of your immigration status. You will only pay for extra treatment as a visitor.

This is not the same in te states and most likely not the case in Canada.

2. Road transport network.

The UK has one of the best network in the world compared to other countries esoecially the states where you will need to get yourself a car of face a very harrowing experience.

3. Accommodation cost...

America has the highest accommodation cost when you compare to the UK and Canada.

In UK you can easily get a shared room for 600pounds where you don't need to pay extra bills but that same apartment will cost you far more in America especially in many urban cities.

4. Welfare system.

The UK has the best social welfare when it comes to taking care of their citizens.

The UK government prioritises welfare so much that no single mum with a minor child is homeless as the Govt provides accommodation for them (even if you don't have resident permit)

The ability to have emergency treatment free is also part of the robust welfare system.

5. Cost of living.

The UK is designed in such a way that the average wage of workers is sufficient enough for you to pay for a decent place to live and groceries are very affordable despite the increment in price unlike America where groceries are more expensive and you even have to pay extra added tax.

6. Salary..

This is the area many people think America is better than the UK but when you consider the cost of accommodation and living cost in America generally, you will realize that it is easier to save 700pounds in the UK if you make like 2k pounds than it will be easy to save 700usd if you make 3000usd a month.

7. Life security

People say UK has a high tax but this is a big fat lie.

The UK generally tax you 20% and you don't get taxed at all if you make 12k or less a year.

The America system has a lower income tax but you will also pay additional different types of tax that make it even far more than that of the UK.

9. Ease of integration.

Asides the marriage route which the states is known for, it is easier to have resident permit in UK than Canada and America.

A. You can get your residence in UK if you are a man or woman who has a child with a UK citizen or one with ILR(indefinite leave to remain)

B. You can have your resident permit if you have a child that has no link to any UK citizen but you just have to wait for 7 years.

C. You can have your resident permit if you come to the UK with a minor child... Just wait for the child to live for at least 7 years.

D. You can have leave to remain in the UK if you suffer a serious medical condition and if you can prove that the condition will deteriorate in the absence of treatment and that you can't afford the treatment back in your country.

It depends on where you are heading to, you can instruct your bank to wire the funds to your new location.

If the new location is within the West, maybe US or Canada and there is a card (Master or Visa) linked to the account, then you don't need to get yourself worried. Just ensure you don't misplace the Debit Card.

You need to include her in your PR application (as your husband sister) whether she is a legal or an illegal resident.

What if she applies for Canadian PR tomorrow and includes her brother in the application and IRCC couldn't find her since the brother didn't declare her, this can lead to misrepresentation.

Just for you to know, a PR granted can later be revoked on the ground of misrepresentation.

All you need to do now is to raise a Webform and declare her asap.

Someone that brought a quotation here for scrutiny is whom you want him to go to a professional, professionals have no time for long talks they will nack you even 20m bill straight up you can’t pay then go. Go with your site engineer. Buy half of everything he requested for first and supervise the job. Run from the alternate engineer as fast as you can.

Funny comment but can you give reasons why he should run from the latter. I want to learn, at times you have like 4 different quotes for a particular task and you end up as a confuse man. My rules most times is to buy only 75% materials of what they quote because of past experience.
