No Qualms: I don't know about Bayelsa, but it's happening in Ekiti though it's not that bad. 5 percent of SS1 students will still answer 6x6 correctly there.

Bayelsa is d worst....in a skul u find Maximum of 4 teachers (Unqualified teachers)wit abt 267 pupils. The pupils r nt even helpin matters, dey com to skul at wil.
