With Crude Oil at $100/$120 under Jonathan, the man did not save but why borrowing again and still withdraw $13 billion from the reserve.

Be patient, under 2 years he can not build a refinery, we have to stop importing petroleum to save our little forex now. For 16 years, PDP never thought that this importation must stop to save our foreign exchange killing our economy.
