N460 per stove? Let's be reasonable, even kerosene stoves cost way more than that.

I think the contract is for a little over 700,000 stover which the contractors have delivered hence there's no scam.

By the way, N9.2B/700K stoves will give you a little above N13,000 per stove, which is more reasonable for a clean energy stove.
