*IN JESUS NAME, WOES UNTO EVERY ENEMY OF DR. D. K. OLUKOYA, MFM AND HER MEMBERS. AMEN.* *SO, THEY ARE ONLY LYING!* *READ THE FOLLOWING PATIENTLY:* METROWATCH Home Highlights HighlightsTop News BREAKING | Dr. Olukoya Opens up on Link with Fraud, Clarifies False Allegation on UK Church By METROWATCH -August 22, 2020 *Dr. Daniel Olukoya, general overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Share On: FacebookTwitterWhatsAppShare52 By Ngozi Ekhator General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, has denied involvement in any fraudulent activities as being portrayed in some sections of the media, which he accused of being bent on churning out malicious stories against him and the church. Defending Dr. Olukoya, in a statement, his media aide, Mr. Collins Edomaruse, said the seven allegations laid against the general Overseer and the MFM were without foundation, but intent to damage his reputation and destroy the global image of the church. Edomaruse also said “It has become pertinent for the purpose of clarity to respond to the false allegations being peddled against the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries and our General Overseer – Dr. D. K. Olukoya in the social media particularly sponsored by SaharaReporters. These allegations are seven (7) in number namely: No. 1 That Dr. Olukoya falsely claimed residence of US city of Maryland. Nothing can be further from the truth. Dr. Olukoya is a public figure nationally and internationally. His domicile is therefore a fact of public knowledge. The true position is that the Pastor who wanted to register MFM in Maryland inserted Dr. Olukoya’s name without prior consultation with or knowledge of the G.O because he believed that Dr. Olukoya should be involved but after he consulted a lawyer and received advice that a person’s name cannot be on the incorporation documents unless he is resident in Maryland, that registration was put in abeyance and allowed to lapse. The Pastor is still alive and all the evidence are there for all to see at the Company Registry in Maryland. No. 2 Allegation is that Dr. Olukoya Illegally Imported books into the United States and evaded payment of Customs duties on those books. This is also untrue. Dr. Olukoya’s books are sold on Amazon. It is fool hardy for anyone to suggest that he brought in his books to US illegally when he can and has been doing so legally. This false allegation was pioneered by a former Pastor of MFM who tried to steal MFM Branch in Maryland. He conceived this lie as his defence to a civil Suit the Church brought against him in the County Court in Maryland. This concocted lie could best be described as the wild thrashings of a drowning man intent on bringing everybody down with him. However, in defence of this allegation, MFM brought its book keeper to testify in court who produced all the receipts of payment and customs documents and, in the end, the Judge not only thrashed the wild allegation but gave judgement in favour of MFM No. 3 is the allegation that the Trustees in the UK were suspended. This is completely false. They were never suspended. They are still in charge of the Church even up till now. No. 4 is the allegation of fraud against the Trustees of MFM UK. The trustees were never indicted. We can authoritatively say that no Trustee of MFM-UK has ever committed fraud. No. 5 is the allegation that Dr. Olukoya connived with someone to steal 150,000 pounds. This is a complete fabrication from the fevered minds of the defamers. Fortunately, all the people that took money illegally are still alive. The genesis of this allegation is that the lease of one of our branches in London contained a clause which stipulated that any party who broke the Lease for any reason before its expiration would pay a penalty of 150,000 British Pounds to the other party. It happened that the owner of the property broke the lease and sold the property to a third party which necessitated the Church relocating from the building. The property owners honoured their obligation and paid the penalty sum of 150,000 pound which the Pastor of that branch somehow found a way of paying it into his personal account without informing the Headquarters and conspired with the external auditors to shield that income from discovery. It was much later that a member of that branch brought to the attention of Headquarters that such amount of money had been received by the Pastor. Headquarters immediately set up a panel to investigate the incident and give fair hearing to the Pastor concerned. He attended the sitting of the panel and unequivocally admitted the theft. The Panel directed him to refund the money immediately. Upon receipt of the report of the Panel, the General Overseer issued the Pastor an ultimatum in writing to pay back the money within forty-eight (48) hours whereupon he promised to re-mortgage his house in London to comply. It was later brought to the attention of Dr. Olukoya that this ultimatum had not been complied with by the Pastor who, on his own, began to repay the money by instalments. READ ALSO PPPRA: Subsidy is Back, Buhari Pays N12.88K on Every Litre of Petrol From the above narration, it is crystal clear to any unbiased mind that the money was stolen long before the Headquarters and Dr. Olukoya got to hear and that when they did, appropriate internal machineries were promptly put in place to investigate and recover it. The publication on the Charity Commission’s website which Sahara Reporters quoted out of context does not say or infer that Dr. Olukoya as Lead Trustee of the Church connived at the losses. It simply states, albeit on a false factual basis, that Dr. Olukoya agreed with and permitted the Pastor to repay the money by instalments. The question that flow from Sahara Reporter’s misconception and misrepresentation are: a. Since the synonyms of connive are: plot, scheme, conspire, plan, hatch up, how can anybody do any of these in respect of an event that had already transpired without his knowledge? b. Would a person who connived at an act set up a Panel to probe that act and eventually set an ultimatum for the return of the stolen money? Suffice to say, at this point, that Dr. Olukoya has in letters dated 15th and 16 August 2019 writen to the Charity Commission to challenge the non-factual nature of the report written about him on their website. The Commission in a terse reply dated August 20th 2019 indicated that it would address that complaint. No. 6 is the allegation that MFM and Dr. Olukoya are land grabbers and were set to lose the MFM Prayer City land. Besides the fact that MFM has a Certificate of Occupancy, the falsehood of this allegation has been judicially determined by the fact that the lawyer who granted the interview from which Sahara Reporters made the false publication, as usual without independent research, has been damnified in damages for libel in the judgment of a High Court. No. 7 is the publication by Sahara Reporters that its Publisher Omoyele Sowore and his crew were beaten up and detained by MFM at its Prayer City. The necessity to re-address this false allegation is underscored by the fact that the incident leading up to it is the foundation of Sowore’s deep seated hatred for MFM and Dr Olukoya and the reason for his sustained rancid and venomous attacks on our Church and General Overseer. On the Cross-over service held at the MFM Prayer City in the night of December 2012 to the morning of January 2013, Sowore and his Crew, without being previously accredited like all other journalist and newsmen covering the event, gate-crashed and started filming and advancing towards the podium where Dr. Olukoya had already started preaching. Recall that this was a period when terrorist attacks and bomb blasts in places of worship were rampant and security was beefed up in such locations with large presence of uniformed and plain clothed Policemen, DSS operatives, Bomb detection Squads and other security operatives. These Security operatives stopped Sowore and his crew from advancing further towards the podium, took them out for questioning and after they identified themselves they were advised to restrict themselves to the area reserved for pressmen but Sowore in his conceited perception of himself as having a larger than life image and reputation took offence at the suggestion and left with his crew only to subsequently concoct and publish those lies; and has not relented since then. Our members and friends are advised to just ignore these false and malicious publications for what they are. As for those who have made it their preoccupation and livelihood to pour filth on our Church and General Overseer, we love you as God’s creation and will continue to pray that you cease from your steady decline into perdition. *We also commend to you the words of the scriptures in Isaiah 33:1 – “Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee.” KJV* |

Mk93:Even with that, the same will still happen as PDP currently has more than 2/3 of the Oyo State House of Assembly. |

It is unfortunate that people are still here arguing about Oyo State Governorship that Seyi Makinde of PDP has already won CONVINCINLY beyond what any rigging can handle again. |
Comfirmed: Ibadan South West LG: Ward 11, Unit 20; Ajimobi lost his Polling Unit to PDP: PDP- 145 APC- 112 Governorship |
Since education has been adgudged a tool, per excellence, for all kinds of development. Please, take a look at where candidates of the two major parties (APC and PDP) are standing on education and make an HONEST comment who should be voted as Oyo State Governor based on the following samples of thier agenda for the state.

Where are Muric people or they have conceeded defeat for thier oga presido? Same with herdsmen. |
Fear of capitalising on where is his NYSC certificate is the beginning of hiding the degree certificate. Lol! |
PMB dare not go to the White House, USA to see the American President since he was termed lifeless. |
The question is why did he employ delay tactics to hold the bill to this time when he knows ECOWAS thing is there? PMB would wait for the stipulated maximum of 30 days or more each time before he would communicate bill rejection to the NASS for four solid times between which the NASS would need at least one month for amendment and retransmission. PMB claimed timing is too close to the election to have another electoral a ct, APC claimed timing is too close to the election for USA to grant Atiku visa, BUT to PMB/APC, timing is NOT too close to the election to be sharing TradeMoni (APC vote-buying technology). Let them continue, it would still end in failure. |
Bayo Adelabu is learning from Seyi Makinde of PDP. Seyi Makinde did more than this towards 2015; parading more cars, displayed more affluence and spent more money. 2019 is Seyi's turn to be Oyo State Governor and Adelabu should work out his own popularity like Seyi and stop banking on questionable anti-educational peculiar mess of his grand father so that he may be considered after Seyi's tenure. Blunt truth. |
You mean the next Oyo State Governor from 2019? |
November 20, 2018 100 DAYS TO OYO 2019 AND WHY SEYI MAKINDE IS UNSTOPPABLE: This phenomenon called Engr Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde is the man to beat in the 2019 governorship election in Oyo State. He's the candidate of PDP, a philanthropist, an industrialist, a welfarist and a humble man of great consequential goodwill. This is not to say his victory is automatic but as far as opinion polls are concerned, judging by the voices of the masses and the preparations so far; Seyi Makinde leads and others follow. Let's see the comparative advantage of Seyi Makinde over his opponents: 1. Adebayo Adelabu of APC: This is the candidate of the APC in the 2019 elections. Though an Ibadan socialite and former Deputy Governor of CBN; he's a new entrant into partisan politics. A young and dynamic man and probably the youngest of the major contenders but the godfather issue is a big moral burden that can not be waved aside. The Koseleri factor is a third term for Ajimobi by proxy and the strength of the party kept reducing because of how Adelabu emerged as the APC candidate; the buying off of the godfathers with the alleged $10million and the unusual silence of his co-contenders for the tickets, it's an uneasy silence. Another baggage around Adelabu's neck is the Penkelemesi's educational policy which was anti-masses in the days of his grandfather, he vehemently opposed the free education of Awolowo those days. Remember, the standard of education in Oyo State has fallen so much that most higher institutions in the state have been shut, lectures are owed many months of salaries, schools fundings have stopped and changed to subventions. Yet, someone campaigning with the legacy of his grandfather wants to come in with promise of continuity and consolidation. The poser is: what's there to consolidate or continue in the present Oyo State; is it education, agriculture, health or relationship with traditional institutions? It is a common word comment among the populace that APC can never win in Oyo State without rigging but the people are determined to resist such because of the Osun state experience. We await his activities as the campaign starts officially on the 1st of December. 2. Olufemi Lanlehin of ADC? :This name is with a question mark because the crises rocking the party are enormous. Though the Lanlehin group are rejoicing, the desenting voices are stronger and there are many cases in court. Senator Olufemi Lanlehin is a lover man of peace with great experience but in his sixties and has the former Governor and Ibadan high Chief as his godfather. They were in Accord party 13 months ago, joined PDP, left for ADC about four months ago and there are rumours of leaving for Zenith Labour Party if the crises in the ADC deprive him of the guber ticket. The bottom line is that the people of Oyo State don't see the APC as major contender for the governorship seat again, unlike when the Ladoja group and the Unity group from APC joined the party. The uncertainty around the party and their governorship aspiration is a major factor against their success in the elections. Fair enough, many of the candidates for other offices are in good footings but the governorship is a loss already. 3. Chief Also Akala of ADP: The Otun of the source and former governor of Oyo State is a big factor in the 2019 elections. As the governorship candidate of the ADP, he's too big a factor to be ignored. He's the most experienced of the candidates and has an electorate catchment area, Ogbomoso. He's articulate and a great mobilizer but at about 70yrs, people are asking what does he want again. The ADP has no widespread structure in Oyo State but people still think Akala will determine how other candidates fair in Ogbomoso and is not by his party but across the parties. Otunba Akala is so experienced and enigmatic that you can't predict is moves until he manifests them. He can't grab the governorship but whoever becomes the next governor of Oyo State must have kissed this beautiful bride. He's approachable, pleasant and connected but his campaign might also go the way of the 2015 election again. 4. Other parties: the remaining political parties in the race evidently have no spread throughout the state and many of them don't have Presidential candidate. This factor reduces their publicity and popularity. Many of them will come out later to pledge their supports for either of the two main political parties; PDP and APC. Finally, the Engr Seyi Makinde factor keep getting stronger with the crises rocking ADC, the moral burden challenges of APC and the depletion of her numerical strength with the exit of the Unity Forum. Remember, APC won 2015 election with 32% of votes cast but now have about half of her members in other political parties. It is evident that the APC strength towards the 2019 elections is more divided than that of PDP in 2015. Historically in Oyo State elections, many political stalwarts decamp to the party of the most likely winner of the governorship election and PDP has been at the receiving end because the entrance opened last week with 3 governorship aspirants of ADC coming to join the PDP. Many are negotiating and more entrants are expected in the next few months. Also, many political parties are warming up to pledge their allegiance and support for the PDP candidate and this is comforting. The greatest reservation on people's mind concerning the 2019 elections is how to secure the votes and ensure they are well counted and count. I can confirm unequivocally that there are tamperproof, and airtight arrangements by all political parties in Oyo State to ensure is the votes cast that are correctly collated and declared winners; all opposition parties are united in ensuring the winners are not robbed and the erroneous Federal might fails in manipulating the outcomes of the 2019 elections in Oyo State; the mandate of the people can never be stolen in 2019. 100 days to the 2019 governorship election, the parties and candidates are preparing to start their campaigns and few of these factors above can change positively or negatively but however is goes, PDP remains the party to beat. The countdown continues... |
IN THE FACE OBVIOUS PERJURY AND CERTIFICATE SCANDAL . . . *2019: Should Buhari Still Contest?* By Prof. Chris Nwaokobia Jnr. If I were Buhari, I would just don't border contesting the next election because I will be embarrassed based on his fake WAEC result. * First there was no Class 6 in 1962. * Secondly, woodwork and health science were not offered in 1962. * Thirdly, he couldn't have made A3 in History. * Fourthly, this is an SSCE result sheet and not a British Cambridge result sheet. * Fifthly, Ministry of Education, Katsina State is not an examination body and cannot issue exam result. * Cambridge had asked Buhari to apply for a copy of his result sheet if any. Why has Buhari refused to apply for a copy? There is none. * Sixth, Muhamed and Muhammad are not the same person. Therefore, even if INEC awards him all the votes of 2019, he still stand disqualified because he forged his certificate. The world is watching and also taking notes. Nigerians should speak up now or shut up in international fora. I think Buhari should surrender himself for trial just as Fayose did. Forgery is corruption. Lying under oath is perjury. He has no right to speak about fighting corruption when he is wearing the corruption agbada. |
Opss should rather tell us the companies where Buhari has employed just 10 people apart from killer herdsmen. |
Of course, Seyi Makinde is the next Governor of Oyo State, come 2019. Incontrovertible reasons abound. |
The best of the best for Oyo State 2019 governorship is Seyi Makinde. Any other one is a learner. |
