When the beta version of the OS is officially launched they will have their store and programmers will program Apps with the new operating system. Just like you have App Store and Google play store, you will have the new OS store and if your device supports the operating system you'll be downloading from that store. It won't crash then.

Bank apps are only in Apple Store for IOS, Google Play Store for Android OS because Nigerians use Apple phones and Android phones.
If an average Nigerian was to rely on the American phone Market a lot of people would be using old Nokia phones. It makes front page of Nairaland when a guy gifts a girl an apple device (iPhone ,IPad or mac book). Infinix, Techno, Itel etc are the smart phones Nigerians can afford as well as the rest of Africa and it will continue that way till the next decade.

Now imagine if 75% of the African population can only afford Chinese brands and these Chinese brands adopt the Hong Meng OS , all the bank needs to do is find a programmer to program an app similar with the New OS and place it in their App Store.

Capitalists do not sympathize with anybody they move with the flow. If Taxify, Uber realise they are gonna lose market in Africa because of that, they'll also produce new apps with the New Operating System.

even at that, INEC told Nigerians they are going to transmit result electronically and they collected money to maintain the server and the same INEC is telling us now that they don't have a server...... This is a criminal offence if you must know

you don't even have idea of what you did,,,,, look for someone that did Presiding officer and ask the person if there was a place designed on the card reader for them to transmit result..... Am telling you because I know..... On the card reader, there are two icon when you on it ,,,, the first one is for accreditation nd verification while the other one is for e-collation and for the e-collation, only the POs have access to it

when you on a card reader nd ready for work, there are two options available,,,, one side for accreditation nd verification while the other side for e-collation and it's only the presiding officers that have access to it,,,,, they were given password aside the one given to APO1 to transmit the results

Card reader was only used to read the voters card for accreditation and not for voting.

oga don't argue what you don't know..... I was an APO1 in charge of card reader.... Corpers were mandated to transmit results...... Which was called E-collation

they were used to send results too!!! It has two part. Voting and collation. The e-collation was done at collation centers by corps members and tech supports.
