Currently PDP is seen as a den of thieves. It makes no sense. Lagosians will always vote apc in lagos for the sake of continuity of the the ongoing huge work. He shudnt spoil his image or budding political career if any with PDP rite now.

You're argument is vague..... Corruption is a compound word which can be relative. If someone goes to a shop and steal some items and people are shouting, " corruption corruption", what do you think will be people's reactions? People will even be looking at the person, like, what's he saying.... Now compared to when he's shouting thief thief.....
Now GEJ was trying to explain to people like you that anyone who steals government's money should be called a thief and not say the person is corrupt.

According to him, the Bureau of Public Procurement, and the Federal Executive Council in 2013, approved the reconstruction, rehabilitation and expansion of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway as a Public Private Partnership project using the Private Finance Initiative, with the Federal Government providing about 30 percent of the funding while the balance shall be provided by the private sector.

The project was on course for completion by end of 2017 when the private finance initiative was being implemented, with over 30 percent completion rate attained as at early 2015.
