i bet u dont know the meaning of NIPP and IPP.... then u wont say NIPP are not PDP projects, Alaoaji, Gegeu, Omotosho, Omoku II, Olorunshogo and some others on the list were built by PDP...so if u are asking for project started and completed by PDP the power plants are some of them....

Azura is neither PDP or APC project it is an IPP wholly privately owned...was included because it was made possible by the reforms carried out by the PDP government....
