I submitted my application and Biometric on the 16th of April through paper route, I am trying to link up my paper application with online accounts I just opened but it's saying application not found. Is it too early to link up or what? Kindly help a brother please

Pls I hope I will be given a visa since it relates to my undergraduate program but its not a degree program?
