To me, when a man has to ask that question? Then he is practicing the wrong religion. Humanity is the purpose of God. Not the other way round. When a man would gladly kill for his God. Then he is off the right path.

Well, humans would always look for that missing link. That "why am I here" when shit hits the fan. That is what draws us to faith and beliefs. Even before the advent of Christianity and Islam, peoe have always believed that there was life after death. They always held onto that hope. They always believed they had to bebin good standing with the gods so that their lives and lands would prosper. From the Egyptians, to incas to Aztec to Vikings etc. Until man finds out what makes him tick, what lays after death he would always stumble upon religion. Cost the greedy ones will use the beliefs of the people to hold them hostage. I do not think humanity will ever outgrow religion. As long as miracles happen. I am a believer but I would NEVER harm anyone for my faith. Never.

How to move the mission forward? Deff not by voting into office the recycled political parties.

We can start by pooling resources and reaching out to the youths. To to start the change from grass root and climb to the top.We stand for what is right but we have to look beyond the so called leaders.
We can start a group. A network, to raise funds, to help establish youths, do projects, stand with the abused. Our arms should stretch to every sector. It is do able. Encourage scientific development. A lot of work involved but doable.

Humans would never unite even without religion. It was the need to dominate and control that makes people use religion to cover their asses in the first place. If there was no religion, humans would still look for a way to dominate, conquer and destroy others for their own selfish gain. If you say no to religion, then they would use skin color, if you say no to racism, they would use disability or IQ and so on.
Religion is just a means to an end for many people. Not as if they care too much about the religion they are using as a shield or means to get their heart desires.

Well, it is a human feeling and one must look at it from such angle. You are flesh and blood and as such open to many crazy fleshy thoughts but it doesn't mean you should go ahead and do them.
Solution is to be aware of how you feel in her presence and avoid coming in contact with her. Appreciate your wife more. Cos for you to love her mom means she is falling short in those aspects where you see her mom as superior to her.
Talk to your wife on matters you are worried are changing how you feel about her.

Who I want believe now? I know many men who claim their wives are dating outside just because they are always suspecting them. If she dares greet a man, she must have slept with him or is even sleeping with him.
I have also heard of cases where pastors do other men's wives. So that accusation is not impossible.
