For work experience u had over 10yrs,so u can still add the ones u used in the first assessment...... Wn applying for reassessment, add researchs done, published in journal s, then package well.everything is packaging ooo.all d best

(Modify.author=eeajayi post=66119131]Hello all,
I need your advice please.. very urgent
I did skilled assessment with Vatesses but came out negative..
I have a degree in Botany with about 10 years experience as a agricultural scientist in a farm, but my degree was assessed as Associate degree...

Although I have msc in crop science from UNIben i didnt include it because i wanted to maximise my points as my degree was obtained in 2006 and started to work in 2008 while my msc was obtained in 2011.

now i want to apply for re assessment...adding my msc
Please will it fly?
On the assessment they said Botany is relevant to the nominated career but not highly relevant...what does this mean?
Good day house.I got ITA through Tasmania 489 provincial nomination. I'm a little bit confused about medicals, especially generating HAP ID.I'm aware I will do that through my immi account after health declaration .Its a family of three, would I generate HAP ID for the other two family members? If yes, would it be thru my immi account or I would have to create immi account for them, then generate their own HAP ID.Abeg, make una clear my novice mind. Thanks

Gooday house.is there any medical doctor in the house that had done assessment in other related occupation s with a positive assessment. Pls assist oooi.

As a doctor, you will have to apply for occupations like "health center manager" and other related occupations.
With that your degree in medicine should get you a positive assessment and you don't need to write any exam. When you get to Australia, u can then work on getting the necessary accreditation to practice as a medical doctor.
Search the thread for words like "doctor" and you will see more info on that.
Special thanks to everyone of you that make up this community rendering selfless services to complete strangers. May God bless you all and make your dreams come true. To all those still waiting- God has a plan for you. It may tarry, but wait for it. It will happen in its time and will equally be as glorious. No such thing as delay with God.

24/09/16: IELTS (10pts)
26/03/17: EA assessment (263312)
28/04/17: positive outcome
02/05/17: EOI 65pts (Age-25, Degree-15, IELTS-10, Exp-15)
09/05/17: ITA
09/05/17: Medicals (Fatai Williams)
12/05/17: Visa application
12/05/17: Docs upload (Front-loaded all)
27/07/17: CO contact (ouch!) Asked for birth certificate and OPV
19/10/17: Grant (GSM Adelaide)

Didn't know it will take this long hence my reason for quoting my old post. "He has made everything beautiful in its time...." Ecc 3:11
I learnt patience mehn! I also experienced different episodes during the wait. The last episode where I didn't care anymore and focused on other projects in my life mad a lot of sense (The earlier you got into this phase the better cos you won't have to worry about DIBP or be waking up early to check emails cheesy grin ).

Notes: I uploaded OPV initially and I thought it was in the appropriate section. Anyway, make sure you upload under the appropriate heading and NAME accordingly
International passport was uploaded under birth certificate but CO returned to ask for birth Cert again (clearly depends on your CO). Luckily I was already processing one from National Population Commission at the time of application.
Experience matters grin cheesy grin
I didn't assess experience with EA even though my Career episodes were strictly based on my work experience. Interestingly, no experience verification was done by DIBP (I had approached my HR last week to confirm. Don't know if any contact was made afterwards).

Now I can focus. Decisions will be easier to make now. Should I change car? Renew rent? Buy this or that? Apply for that job? etc. Off to prepare for some certifications before leaving. cheesy cheesy cheesy
.

Congratulations brother.I am super happy for you.Long long wait but worth the while.Congratulations again. Please,I'm currently awaiting ITA,but I need to ask some questions on your timeline, especially medicals and front loading docs.Since you have problem with responding to PMs,please reach me on :omakuneunice@gmail.com.I seriously await your contact. Thanks

Akachukwu123:
Good day everyone, I'm new here. I got a positive skills assessment from EA as an engineering technologist on 31st August 2017. I can claim 55points as my Age is 30 which gives me 30points. I also have more than 5years experience in a relevant occupation which gives me 10points and my bachelor's degree gives me 15points.
I saw my new ielts result today and I'm unable to make 7 in all sections so I can't claim any point in the English test(this has made me heartbroken). How can I get a state sponsored 190visa to Australia or even 489 working visa. I would be glad to get useful tips here. Thanks
